Grosvenor announces that its annual meeting of stockholders, held pursuant to
the terms of the debenture stock, will take place at 12:00 noon at the company's
offices at 70 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 3JP on Friday 11 June 2004, followed
by lunch.



The presentation will give details of Grosvenor Limited's performance during the
year to December 2003, together with an overview of the wider Grosvenor Group.
