The Bergesen d.y. Group has today bought a total of 614,500 of it's own shares,
being 399,600 A-shares and 214,900 B-shares for NOK 131.09 and NOK 121.17 per
share respectively.

After this purchase The Bergesen d.y. Group owns totally 5,747,550 of it's own
shares, being 3,149,000 A-shares and 2,598,550 B-shares.

Total number of outstanding shares after this is 64,271,506.
