NOTICE OF AMENDMENTS TO 2018-1 ISSUANCE DOCUMENTS

GBP 450,000,000 Series 2018-1 Class A Notes due 2069 ISIN XS1886621538 (the "Class 1A Notes")

GBP 250,000,000 Series 2018-1 Class 2A Notes due 2069 ISIN XS1886621702 (the "Class 2A Notes")

(together, the "Notes")

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the holders of the Notes that:

Amendments to the following Programme Documents, together, the "2018-1 Issuance Documents" , in relation to the Lannraig Master Issuer PLC GBP10,000,000,000 Residential Mortgage Backed Note Programme were made by the parties thereto pursuant to a deed of amendment dated 4 April 2023 (the "Deed of Amendment"):

   (a)         the Terms and Conditions of the Series 2018-1 Class 1A Notes ; 
   (b)         the Terms and Conditions of the Series 2018-1 Class 2A Notes; 
   (c)         the Series 2018-1 Final Terms; and 
   (d)         the Series 2018-1 Loan Tranche Supplement.

together, the "2018 Issuance Documents".

Copies of the Deed of Amendment and the 2018-1 Issuance Documents to which it relates will be available for inspection by Noteholders at the specified offices of the Principal Paying Agent and of the Issuer referred to below.
