The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms for Cadent Finance plc guaranteed upon issue by Cadent Gas Limited JPY 10,000,000,000 1.02 per cent. Senior Unsecured Instruments due 2033 (the "Instruments") issued under its GBP6,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme").

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Instruments and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 14 December 2017 (the "Prospectus"), as amended by the Supplementary Prospectus dated 12 July 2018, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive.
