E.L.A.N. Limited (the "Issuer") is publishing this notice in connection with the
Notes issued under the Securities Note approved on 27 June 2006.

The Issuer gives notice that pursuant to the terms of a supplemental agreement
dated 11 January 2006, the Notes were redeemed in full on 11 January 2007.
