Covered Bonds due 23 March 2027 unconditionally guaranteed by ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited and irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed as to payment of principal and interest by ANZNZ Covered Bond Trust Limited and issued under the EUR8,000,000,000 ANZNZ Covered Bond Programme.
