Publication of Final Terms
The following Final Terms are available for viewing:
Final Terms for Southern Gas Networks plc GBP300,000,000, 6.625
per cent. Notes due March 2035, (the "Notes") issued under its
GBP5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be
read in conjunction with the prospectus dated 4 September 2023 (the
"Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes
of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of the United Kingdom
domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act
2019.
