Exercise of Options

NFT Investments PLC (AQSE: NFT), an investment firm specialising in the market for non-fungible tokens ("NFTs"), announces that 1,500,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued following the exercise of an option by Timothy Le Druillenec, non-executive director, granted on 6 February 2023. The proceeds receivable by the Company on the exercise of the option amount to GBP15,000.

Following the Exercise, Timothy Le Druillenec holds 3,500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, which represents approximately 0.35% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.

The application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Access segment of the AQSE Growth Market ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective on 23 February 2023.

In accordance with the provisions of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA"), the Company confirms that, following this issue, its issued share capital will comprise 1,004,500,000 Ordinary Shares, each share carrying the right to one vote. With effect from Admission, this figure may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
