#65.297 million 10.375% Debenture Stock 2023 (the "stock") 
Purchase of stock

The charging company announces that on 16th April 2005 it has purchased from a 
holder #7 million in nominal amount of the stock. This represents 10.72 per cent 
of the outstanding stock. Following the purchase, #58.297 million in nominal 
amount of the stock will remain outstanding.

The stock purchased by the charging company will be cancelled in accordance with 
the terms of the Trust Deed constituting the stock.
