Mid-America Announces Preferred F Dividend MEMPHIS, Tenn., April 21
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mid-America Apartment Communities, Inc.
announced that the Board of Directors has declared a full month
dividend of $0.1927 per outstanding share of its Series F
Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (NYSE:MAAPrF). The
distribution is payable on May 16, 2005 to shareholders of record
