Eurogas International Inc. Announces Director Resignation

Eurogas International Inc. (CNSX:EI) ("Eurogas International" or the "Company")
announces that Ned Goodman has resigned as a director of the Company. The board
of directors of Eurogas International would like to thank Mr. Goodman for his
contributions to the Company. Jaffar Khan will replace Ned Goodman as Chairman
of the Company.
