It also develops edible oils, moringa, hops, cannabis sativa, pharma, sea cucumber, ginseng, and functional fungi ingredients; and anti-virals and phytomedicinalization. Frosty, apples and oranges in my opinion. The 2015 issue was a regulatory non-compliance problem. The current nondisclosure statement is standard, protective, and expected under MHRA rules. If you feel strongly, you should call the SEC. I would be interested in what they say.

I am inclined to believe that the CHM issued a 2nd RFI to NWBO shortly after the November 2025 meeting. I think NWBO and the MHRA have been wrestling with the 2nd RFI ever since. I think there is a real chance that the CHM issued a CHM Letter and that Linda Powers did not disclose it. This would
