Greatland Gold Says Drilling at Havieron Confirms Potential of Eastern Breccia

Greatland Gold PLC said Friday that drilling results at its Havieron gold project in Australia confirmed potential for high-grade mineralization within the Eastern Breccia target.

The mining company said drilling in the Eastern Breccia is now focused on defining the extends of this mineralization.

"With drill rigs all focused on growth targets and decline construction activities operating on a 24hr schedule there is tremendous progress in the development of this world class project and excitement in understanding the size and scale of Havieron," Chief Executive Shaun Day said.

The project is operated by Newcrest Mining Ltd., which is entitled to earn a 75% shareholding in Havieron upon exploration success.
