Yes, I think SPCX and many other stocks are way overpriced. 

I agree about the patent, but I would add that we would need to see SpinDetect show some success. If Lifeloc was up to $15 million in sales with bright prospects ahead I think we could see some companies take a look at acquiring them.

I get the concern about insider selling - Amprius is the obvious example everyone points to. This has been my concern as well. But insider behavior only matters when the underlying technology is uncertain. If Endurion proves out on a pilot line, the dynamic changes completely.
