Ace Liberty and Stone Plc (AQSE: ALSP), the active property investment company, capitalising on commercial property investment opportunities across the UK, today announces that under the recently completed Open Offer, Kayssar Ghorayeb, Non-Executive Director, subscribed for of 63,230 Ace Ordinary Shares of 25 pence. Mr Ghorayeb now has 343,253 Ace Ordinary Shares, representing 0.48% of the Company's voting rights. The transaction took place on 14 December 2022. The Company's total shares in issue remains at 71,168,162.
