          Intec signs mediation deal with UK's Your Communications

*    Inter-mediatE deal valued at over #0.5 million for unified convergent 
     mediation platform

January 20 2004: London - Intec Telecom Systems, a global provider of Operations
Support Systems (OSS) for fixed, wireless, and IP/next generation networks,
today announced an Inter-mediatE(TM) software deal with Manchester, UK-based
telecommunications company Your Communications. The contract, valued at over
half a million pounds, enhances Intec's existing agreement with the company.
Under the terms of the new contract Intec will upgrade Your Communications'
mediation platform to create a more powerful multi-service network with the help
of Inter-mediatE's fully convergent mediation technology.

Your Communications offers voice, data and mobile services to businesses
throughout the UK, both directly to end-users through its Business
Communications channel and to selected resellers through its Wholesale channel.
It is part of the United Utilities group, a FTSE100 company.
