Eligibility of Groupe Gorgé Securities for the Long-Only SRD

Groupe Gorgé is pleased to announce that its securities have been admitted to the 'long-only' SRD with effect since December 29th 2014.

In practice, the long-only SRD (or long-only Deferred Settlement Service) will enable people holding a French securities account to buy short Groupe Gorgé securities with deferred settlement and to benefit from upside leverage. Accordingly, for the purchaser, the risks are limited to the initial amount invested.

Groupe Gorgé welcomes the admission of its securities to long-only SRD status, which should improve their liquidity and give new investors access to the shares.
