Completion of Share Buyback Programme
Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot"
or the "Company") announces that on 20 May
2024, it purchased the following number of its
ordinary shares of £0.01 each on the London Stock Exchange from
Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch ('Berenberg'),
in accordance with the terms of the share buyback programme
announced on 11 January 2024 (the "Buyback
Programme").

These purchases successfully complete
the Buyback Programme of £20 million announced on 11 January 2024.
The total number of shares repurchased under the Buyback Programme
since 11 January is 10,594,460 ordinary shares, at an average price
of 188.78p for a total consideration of £20.0 million.
