Director/PDMR Shareholding 
 
Cryo-Save Group N.V.(AIM/Euronext: CRYO, 'Cryo-Save', or 'the Group'), Europe's 
leading stem cell bank, has been informed today that Mr Johan Goossens, 
Chairman, purchased 17,873 ordinary shares of Euro 0.10 ('Ordinary Shares') at a 
price range between EUR5.60 and EUR5.84 between 23 March and 26 March 2010. 
 
Following these purchases, Johan Goossens is beneficially interested in 
1,630,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 17.65% of the Group's 
issued share capital.
