I still believe he will cobble together some sort of deal. The question is - how will he be able to monetize it, to make it worthwhile for shareholders.

It's a possibility, because he definitely has not been articulating his plans with shareholders.

Kidrin has almost as much stock here as L4BC. Both seem awfully quiet these days.

Hopefully, Kidrin is more vocal and articulate with those he is trying to partner with, than he is with his faithful flock of shareholders.

I believe it was you who was all excited about the deal with Freeman a few months ago? If I remember correctly, you stated you were planning to buy more or did buy more.

So the deal fell apart. That happens in business. Clearly, he is/was working on a deal or deals.

It's possible there may be some changes which could be favorable to businesses regarding tax write offs. But who knows, and I would say that is down the road, not now.

This is just my own understanding of things: BowieWorld, NFT's and Crypto are responsible for less than 1% of the losses (probably 0.3% at best). Litigation is maybe less than 3% also. So 96% of loss is due to the performance of WDDD from 2002 say until 2022, during which time it had virtually no income stream yet maintained an online operation with a few employees drawing salaries. The business was on life support in 2005 and has lingered on due to the fact that although essentially bankrupt there is nothing to stop its stockholders from offering CPR with occasional trade - 'whispers of trade' where once, a long long time ago, there was a hurricane. I am perplexed as to how the ancient debt of a defunct company can be utilised for a third party's tax benefit. I might buy up a successful company and load it with some of my debt but I can't see how buying one so grossly unsuccessful as Worlds.com can even possibly be legitimate. However, anything can happen with the new Administration as absolutely nothing is off the table given the Monarchical Powers of POTUS with the support of SCOTUS. Expect some quite radical deformations of common practice

I questioned if WDDD had ever functioned in the Crypto space.

In your opinion (or what I understand), can those 70 million accumulated losses only be offset by patent lawsuit expenses? Are you telling me that 70 million of the losses have been due to lawsuits?

WDDD's NOLs are worthless, as I explained to you previously. Please pay attention and quit reposting your NOL nonsense. The NOLs were generated in suing for infringement of specific invalid/non-infringed patent claims, and NOLs can only be used, at most, to offset business income derived from lawsuits based on the same invalid patents - of which there will be no business income to be offset.

Not really sure if WDDD has actually functioned in the crypto currency/blockchain space to qualify for the offset in those areas.

$WDDD has accumulated losses to offset of 47,115,882 (a very good asset), WDDD is a cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and non-fungible tokens company... so it is currently a good sector for a merger, better than retro games

Dropped 50% on 450 shares. Wow! Hopefully, we get that kind of action, on low volume, when it starts moving back up.

Hopefully, a good or strong economy will provide some opportunities for WDDD to transform itself into a winner.

He keeps collecting a salary. His baby is on life support. His friends and investors took a risk He doesn't owe anyone anything. 

I think he could make something happen here, but time is growing short, in my opinion.

The instability and fighting in the Middle East is a destabilizing force, which could result in higher oil prices very soon. That will lead to more inflation and will take the markets down with it.

If Trump wins the election, forces propping the market up for the last year or more will let it collapse. They will hand him a recession as an obstacle to his agenda.

So if Thom doesn't get things done soon here, I believe the window of opportunity is closing. Most businesses aren't expanding in a contracting economy or during a recession.

We will have to wait and see.
