Yeah, we can all for sure hope something is in the works with WDDD. It would be the perfect setup for a reverse merger of some sort once it regains compliance. We know something is up because they seem to be in the process of getting company filings up to date. On another note, if you want to explore an intriguing shell company that has been bought and kept current by a private company in the LNG sector (Delfin Midstream) since 2018 and stated in their filings it was bought for a POSSIBLE reverse merger take a look at //TGLO//.

$WDDD remains one of the strongest structural setups in the entire OTC. The float is extremely low, the OS is controlled, and the TA (VStock) is one of the most reliable mid-tier agents out there. They still have to file an annual report for 2025 and 10Q's for 2026 to be compliant. Obviously something is happening and whatever is going on will take time.

I believe Toboroff was also involved with Real Brands (RLBD) and rode that into bankruptcy last year.

I’m trying to get a clearer picture of **when WDDD (now GEMAXEL INC)** might finally update its status on OTC Markets and move out of the **Expert Market**.
The company has already filed the latest **10-Q’s**, and honestly, these filings are **more interesting than expected**.

One thing that really caught my attention:
It looks like **Leonard Toboroff** may be putting **his own money** into keeping this alive.
For those who know his background better — is he considered an honest, ambitious, serious operator?
A lot of long-term holders have stuck with WDDD for years, and it feels like the future of this ticker is now **entirely in his hands**.
If he executes, he could make a lot of people very happy.

Is it not more likely that they are just clearing up loose ends and then creating a new name to distance themselves from the disaster it was? So much unpaid debt is bound to have upset some organisations. Change name and Hide.

Yesterday Gemaxel filed three 10Q's for the quarters ending March 31, June 30, and September 30. It looks like they are working on getting WDDD current with their delinquent SEC filings. I sure wish I knew what they had planned. I had pretty much scratched WDDD off as a lost cause, but now I'm just scratching my head.

Did the merger cause the share price to spike? Were you able to recoup some losses?

My last bankrupt investment (NTN Trivia) was a bar trivia company. They merged with a medical company that was only interested in a vehicle to get listed on the OTC. Since WDDD has been delisted, I'm not sure there is any value here.

Thom should have kept that number in his back pocket, for plan B. But that was a long time ago and that ship likely sailed.

If the economy grows steadily and inflation is in check then businesses may grow. If that happens, it's possible that some emerging business may want to merge. At the moment, there is a lot of concern with the markets, which is why gold is at an all time high.

All of the positive factors that you have mentioned have been present during the past few years, and there has not been a successful merger yet. Hopefully, it happens.

It also seems that Thom is embroiled in some legal issues, which will not help his focus here, nor instill confidence for those seeking a potential merger.
