Too bad. If they are having problems with legacy shareholders, then this shell may never have a chance of recovery. Who knows if the legacy shareholders are being unreasonable or if Belisarian is trying to be too cheap in the process.

Belisarian have said they’re done with VSYS unfortunately.

Too bad there are no updates on the other shells they have completely cleaned up and have ready for reverse mergers.

Looks like Belisarian made a motion to discharge the VSYS custodianship yesterday.

No idea regarding the status checks. I would assume the details of financial reports are not a deterrent for Belisarian since they would’ve had access to them before they petitioned for custodianship. But who knows. I hope they bring this current soon.

I thought they had already been awarded as custodian. Wonder what these status checks are for?
Now I can see why they have not worked on any financial updates yet if they still have some pending court dates.

Next court date for custodianship is scheduled for May 13.

I was just looking at the last posted financials.
They may have decided getting the financials current and being on the hook with the outstanding debt is something they do not want to tackle.

Viscount is a shell company. It is currently vetting reverse merger opportunities.
