Verde Resources Inc (QB) (VRDR)

Just to put this out here, they filed to be uplisted to the NASD,
which of course will include a serious R/split to get the share price up
Dec 2025..
Disclaimer: like their idea, think it has a chance to catch on, but don't
see them having a lot of leverage if they try to 'charge' too much to use
their technology (royalties/licenses) early on. Like the BETA vs VHS decision,
the best idea doesn't necessarily win out if the alternative (the existing in this case)
is 'good enough'...But do own shares...

Dec 2025 presentation. Discusses the potential
revenue stream which would include them licensing their
development (royalties, licensing) for revenues. Also they
indicate they would authorize the sale (produced by someone else)
of 'bags' of the material in places like Home Depot, Lowes, et al.
(note, am familiar with some of the existing products for driveway/
parking lot patching/repairs), so if this stuff works like they advertise?
Given the 'lack of durability' of the other products on the market? If they
can make something that 'works' and has longevity? Sign me up..

Disclaimer: own shares just to see IF the road surfacing market will even
embrace the concept of licensing the use of this material (ie, the established
doesn't necessarily have to embrace the technology does it??)

Somebody did some steady buying this morn until approx 1245 and it dried up totally

But they pushed it up to 7.8 cents..

doubt it will hold, but it was nice to see...

Conclusions that had me adding more shares this morn:

-this has the potential to save serious energy involved costs IF
it can perform as well or better than the existing road surfacing methods

-the CO2 sequestration is little more than a great soundbite, they need to stay
focused on promoting the energy involved savings

-one concern is that when something is 'totally controlled' by one entity (VRDR in this
case), there can be a reluctance to get 'involved/use' the idea/technology. And the reason
would be, you revamp your business to use this material and once you sold your proverbial
soul to do so (committed), the concern would be over the controlling entity then jacking up the
cost to continue to use it.
So its going to be interesting to see:
a) how much will flow to VRDRs coffers vs carved out for the others involved (their fair share)
b) can this pass the NCAT heavy volume testing and when does that test phase end
c) Will the adoption of this process start to pick up for the 'light volume' sector??

have to see how this goes... but figure at least a one year hold to see if this idea can
gain traction..

Doing a little more digging into this one:
Be nice IF on their website they would stop
hyping up their CO2 sequestration as the primary
selling point cause CO2 is NOT our enemy despite
what the climate changers want us to believe. Given
how much of the climate change BS is a scam? Makes one
wonder if this 'pavement' solution really works. Or is this another
one of those overhyped green energy scams that fall apart once
reality sets in?

That said, be nice if their focus was to prove a couple of things
to potential investors:
a) can their 'biochar' supply chain support a massive expansion
of their products installation/usage? Is there a weakness in this process
that could end up halting its usage due to a shortage of supply chain
materials or just as bad, start driving up costs to the installers making it
unaffordable vs the current hot tar methodology..

b) I do like their presentation that they are 'beneficial' from a decline in
energy/emissions to produce/install. But very wary when it comes to 'false'
promises like the solar/wind BS that was pushed/sold that turned out to be
lies. Which has me wondering what (if anything) the 'hype' being pushed here
might be covering up? (true costs, road surface longevity not as 'hyped', et al)

So anyways, like what I see from a reduction in energy, emissions in the production
installation of, but very wary about the claims primarily because so much of the 'eco' world
crap is based on lies and deception in order to sell it, get people to support it.

Disclaimer: I do own a small number of shares just in case the share price starts to make a
move. But not buying into it until I understand better any supply chain weaknesses, the claim
that it can be installed with minimal 'changes' needed to existing installer equipment and most
importantly, does it perform at least as good as the existing road surfacing material.
Cause I do expect more dilution, a reverse split to take place.. Not to mention, its no secret
companies are wary of shifting over to a technology that is protected by patents because of the
power the patent holder has to then screw them over with price hikes, threats of pulling access to
using it unless... et al..
So, like the concept, but wary of the potential pitfalls.

Hmmm... did some looking into this one:
-indicate in their latest presentation that they are good for
LOW VOLUME roads (US has a lot of these type of roads)
Explains why they are looking to only capture 1-2% of the revenues
in total.
-have a 3 year test that started in Sept 2024 to see how they hold up
under heavier volumes of traffic. 1st report expected in the spring or
2027
-MCap at $55 Mil on 1.3 Bil shares as of 30 Dec 2025. With a reported
annual budget for road repair of over $100 Billion? If they get say 1%, thats a
potential 15x their current MC
-they are cash short, only $2 Million or so in the bank as of 30 Dec 2025
-they have requested to be uplisted to the NASD. Which I will read to say,
big reverse split, followed by dilution to raise cash at the elevated share price.

So do ya take a chance at 4.4 cents/sh? But 100,000 shares ($4400), watch the
share price target price get cut in half due to dilution. Which would still have the
possibility of instead of a 15x+ gain in the share price to say more likely 5x a return
if you hold it thru at least Sept 2027 when the 3 year road test is to be completed??

WIth the potential for multiples on that IF they are able to capture that 1-2 % of the market
they are looking for and maybe more if as good as they indicate it 'is'??

Disclaimer: don't own any, but...seriously tempted to grab 100,000 shares full well knowing
if they do a r/split, I could end up with just a 1000 shares...

My understanding is that they are restructuring the company ....majority shareholder is a very large publicly traded company in Malaysia. I live in Asia and have gone by their offices....real company .

I don't know what it could be. I am really down on this stock. Some positive news would be real good, but when you are looking for gold, the percentages are not high for finding any.

No one is getting filled on the bid either so things should get interesting here soon.

.06 is much more digestible for accumulation than .20.

This is one of my favorite types of plays. A stock that is 1.00 getting beaten down to .10 or below. It rises sharply after ;)

Good points. I too will be adding at .01

I can't see any investigations going on so this seems (to me) a low risk high reward stock.

What is especially appealing is that this has gone past the dollar mark in the past and I think it very well could do that again.

So why not take a risk? One will never get rich without taking a risk....

The PRs sound good. Hopefully they follow through with some of it and get bid support back.

One major issue is that the bid has gone and all it takes is a person who is 90% down to say forget it 99% down isnt much difference. And they sell market for 30k shares. That will make .01 a reality. I will add some there for sure.

.01 would be an excellent entry point in my opinion.

I've been watching this stock for a short time and it's tough to figure out.

I see that it has some success hitting quite high but the precipitous drop all of a sudden seems somewhat suspicious to me.

Is there an investigation going on?

If this goes to .01 I might think about picking up some shares ....

If someone is selling shares they are not supposed to, that is a very dangerous thing on a thinly traded stock. The next thing they know they are paying 10-1,000 a share.

What got VRDR moving in the first place? Hardly any followers on IHUB and hardly any posts. It had consistent volume though with good dollar amount. I am surprised it fizzled so quickly. I only saw one very small promo mentioned.

It was .09x.14 then they whacked it 10 k twice and took out .09 and only 1 MM at .06 the rest of them are at .01


That would be great if they were selling restricted bc a short squeeze would come about. But how could they sell restricted shares? Maybe they are shorting against restricted?
