Seems to be the right decision

I run a number of small public companies and he was trying to solicit his services to me with promises of buying groups and euopean money. I was looking around for information and decided to look on here at some of the stocks he claimed he was working. I am staying FAR away from him. I don't need any legal battles with the SEC.

Considering your comments regarding Dills, why would you want to work for him? Not exactly someone I would want to have the cvarnish rub off from..........

Maybe they were involved before Arcaro took over the shell, as I didn't even play VMTF until that happened.

Kevin Dills was the person who told me that he pumped VMTF stock when I was interested in working with his firm. He was saying that he was the only one "not caught" by the SEC so I was curious on what happened.

According to the SEC there is someone named Steve Roebuck who has a poor history who manipulated VMTF. I've heard many stories about him driving stocks intot he ground.

According to the SEC halt document, it was halted for the release of false and misleading information. I searched Google and Yahoo, and never found a single PR that Arcaro had released, and he had never updated either Pinksheets or Nevada SOS, other than taking over the shell as officer of record. That's why I had stated it was a BS halt.

The SEC seems to be on a shell witch hunt this year, revoking a number of registrations on shells that had failed to file Form 15's when they went under, and the new owner had failed to submit filings or a 15 either. Just the SEC's way of "protecting" the investor........and I have never heard of Kevin Dills

I did some looking into it and it appears that whomever worked this stock did some illegal work with it. I don't know if it was Kevin Dills as he said he did it or someone else. This was a scam from the start.

Its a shell with no activity. SEC halted trading for a BS reason in July, and the stock only trades on the grey market now. I liquidated mine as a "worthless security" with my broker after that, and wrote it off as a tax loss.....

If you google vmt scientific inc you get many many links as per this "Results 1 - 10 of about 9,840 for vmt scientific inc"

However, is anyone at the company doing anything to cause its stock to have gone up?

I was told by someone named Kevin Dills that they were responsible for the volume in VMT. I was hoping someone here would have some information because I can not get in contact with VMT. I am considering doing investor relations work with Kevin and Bismark Consulting and wanted to check on some of his claims. He also said he took CYPW from .04 to .90! Very impressive! If anyone has any information, please let me know.

Sure would have liked to have seen the supposed suspect press release(s) that the SEC claims were suspect. I have Googled, Yahoo'd, and EDGAR'd myself to death trying to find a single word that Arcaro would have put out to have caused the suspension......and even though the suspension ended as of the 22nd, it is no longer trading. Can't even find it on the greys..........

Thanks a lot, SEC. Another stellar performance of focusing on "scammers"..........while you allow the likes of Raven Moon to continue............

JOKER. I don't know how that happens or why. I think they didn't want to show how "responsive" this stock is to buying pressure. Otherwise, most traders would see that this moves very quickly on very little volume.
