Through the year ending December 31, 2022, Vicinity Motor expects to complete deliveries of over 95 Vicinity™ Classic buses, 75 Vicinity
Lightning™ EV buses and chassis, 200 VMC 1200 EV trucks, and 300 Vicinity Optimal EVs to drive year end revenues of over $140 million. FY
2022 Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be over $10 million with significant potential upside.

This is just now the time to start buying this stock. It already has a revenue stream. lots of great contacts and a future in the EV industry with lots of contracts in Canada and the U.S. What am I missing? Big factory in Seattle, great work force and a customer base. I live here-there is alot of green Microsoft money here and the Companies partnerships are game changing. This is the home of Microsoft...I bet there will not be a "chip" shortage for our EV PRODUCTION...Bo JMO

I told an investment friend that I was going to sell all my SBE warrants (I'll get back in after the PIPE and current shareholder lockup 6 months after merger) and take 1/3rd and go into BUSXF.

He said "It's a penny stock," only because it's OTC. I just said, well, if you think that, then don't put your money in it. Or do some DD and then see what you think.

Haven't filled the entire order yet, but over half way there.
