I just spoke to the CEO at TNRG & WBSR and according to him they where waiting on a medallion that they could not get under TNRG but now have it & it was required by the SEC & they now have it to & can complete the dividend share distribution & it should be completed by today or by Monday! Also, the Webstar Technology Group $10M Regulation-A Tier II Public Offering At $7.00 Per Share should be completed around March or April! Fingers crossed!

Possible good news if it's true! I spoke through text with the CEO and asked him directly about the merger and share distribution! So here is a screen shot from that conversation!

The share distribution to TNRG holders and the initial public offering of WBSR should be good for all share holders looking at this press release!

Here is the latest news on the TNRG and WBSR redistribution of shares!
According to the CEO and the text exchange between us by the end of the month or early November the WBSR shares will be given on a one-to-one basis to all TNRG share holders! Here is a screenshot.

The 3 cent bid got eviscerated and it is now offered at 3.

Here is a text message from the CEO of TNRG/WBSR stating the stock transfer is happening and I called the actual number and spoke to secretary and was put throught the CEOs Voicemail and got a response!

And that seems in line with previous press release! And that would mean Bear Village is going to start being built in 12 months or so!

Their balance sheet has $150K in assets and $750K in debt and $9.38M in liabilities.
That is "Strong to Quite Strong"!!! Any idea why the volume on this potential Cash Volcano is sitting on "0"? That is insane. Why isn't WallStreet all over this 💎 in the rough?

I agree with you. How in the world can we expect this go from ten cents to $7.00? Especially when they are currently selling shares for ten cents. They are trying to get on the NASDAQ small cap ($4.00) If that is the case then I would think you would see a reverse split of at least 10:1 which means if you own 100,000 shares you would end up with 10,000 shares. After Webstar and Thunder Energies become one there will be 400,000,000 shares outstanding. and in all likelihood the ticker symbol WBSR will change. Whoever has our shares (in my case it's Fidelity) the new ticket symbol will carry over.
