In our defense anything put out publicly by Delfin or by anyone else close to Delfin kept saying they were fully permitted.  Which obviously now was a crock.  

Response from EPA today re Air Permit.

While this isn't as interesting as waiting on SPA's, it does represent a re-start of sorts on completing the "Draft" permit, which like every other permit has to go to public review and comment before the final permit can be issued. The previous Director was a bit more telling with detail about who was waiting on whom. This Director is much more vanilla in his response. The only difference from earlier this year is that he is now saying they are "actively working with Delfin" I could be mistaken but I believe that this is the last outstanding permit for the project. We had all overlooked the fact that MARAD had NOT issued the final Deep Water Port License for Delfin to move forward until Trump's push in March of 2025.

Of course, there were the four lost years of Biden's windmill administration that we had to navigate as well as their attempt to make Delfin go back and re-submit everything. Imagine where we would be today if that had stuck!

The original ROD was submitted by Delfin in March of 2017 yet took almost a decade for the license to be approved. The 2017 ROD meant that MARAD and the U.S. Coast Guard had finished reviewing the environmental impacts and approved the project in theory. However, it laid out a long list of strict conditions that Delfin LNG had to meet before the physical license could be printed and handed over.FID could not have legally happened prior to the final approved Deep Water Port License in 2025, a fact that I and I believe everyone else had overlooked! LOL

Delfin better get a move on to keep up with the big boys!! A merger=fast track to FLNG 2 and 3!! 😁

Delfin LNG is going to be a cash cow when operations get up and running. Granted, this news is due to a current, ongoing event that has directly impacted overseas LNG delivery, but conflict is the new normal overseas. Especially when you consider the war for critical minerals/resources is only beginning. IF Delfin can prove out their concept of cheaper + safer bc of the FLNG tech and location, Avocet LNG could bring in serious business light-years faster than Delfin LNG. Obviously, this has nothing to do with TGLO since holding TGLO now is not necessarily associated with producing LNG, but rather a singular, corporate event. There's a time to buy, a time to sell, and time to rebuy and hold forever (MLP route). I'm not convinced that Delfin Midstream won't have a virtual monopoly in the GOA.

After 9 years, they did not mention TGLO in the FID news. Finding it difficult to have any faith that a final merger will happen.I know that you are heavily invested here. Best of luck. I'm thinking of moving on.

The Texas Stock Exchange will eventually give good old Wal Street some Y all competition . Majors like Black Rock , Citadel , Charles Schwab and Fortress have vested in the Exchange. For now it will cater to small and midsize business and will offer lower cost and faster service. Big business is moving to Texas and is becoming the number one economic hub in the US. New York is slowly but surely losing ground, due to you name it !!

People gave it 30 days to merge and realizing they may have time to trade with next FID expected December at earliest.

4.0 MTPA is gonna be locked down shortly, so don’t fret too much, but it’s a timing thing now.

This either happens right around #2 or #3 a year from now when the growth story is still preserved before revenue, but private valuation is maximized.

What the hell is going on with this stock

There was an ask for 50,000 shares at .19, I immediately placed an order for 2,600 shares on the ask. As soon as I placed the order the 50,000 disappeared and went to 2,500 @ .20. Then two mins later the 50,000 was dumped at .15 with my order still standing there ahead of the .15. Yeah, it's a small order but that's intentionally leaving money on the table seeking a lower price. Maybe I just don't know all the "fulfillment rules", just seems illogical.

I think it's fake. I tried to buy at 8:32 CST and the ask was yanked and then 2 mins later a trade was executed for 50,000 shares 4 cents below my order on the bid. Someone higher than retail is guiding this somewhere.

What do you mean it was yanked? Why. I had a small order in 18 and they gave it to me at 15 @ 9:34AM. Someone must have put in a dump at the market.

What if delfin is waiting to list itself of the Texas stock exchange 

I’ll try to find out the capacity of that compressor station.  I’ll see if I can find one of the Williams technicians this week and see if they know anything. I’ll be right next-door to their compressor sub in Starks Louisiana this next week. We start our pig run on Tuesday

Never thought about that. That would certainly save them a few hundred million. Is there enough capacity, compression or whatever the criteria is to piggyback on Williams? Would they prefer to have their own control with a new station?

That would be just like Delfin to pivot after battling with ferc for so many years. They probably would have to go back to get approval for the change.
