The following seven LNG export projects are waiting on non-free trade agreement (non-FTA) export permit decisions by the DOE. In a Dec. 9 statement, the agency said it cannot complete the reviews until it receives information from the other federal agencies.

If I may a ban is different than a pause

Despite everything I can find I don't see any formal directions given to MARAD for the pause. 

I found it laughable that Comer in the this linked article states, "let me first take a moment to confirm that there has never been a ban on LNG exports"


The second link is to the Dec 4 hearing on the LNG pause. Haven't listened to it nor have I found the written minutes.

Also, Delfin is an already approved project. Their DOE extension is dependant on a MARAD decision, which is an issue not subject to the Biden pause, or study findings. Right? Correct me if I'm wrong. 

What a bunch of God awful, mindless BS. They are exactly what they claim these gas executives and Trump are, just on the other side. They just sat around and waited to see who was going to win the election so they could preemptively blame Trump for anything that could possibly ever go wrong. I've had this happen before. Once you input your residence (required) the system sends an auto response directing you to your State's rep. My state is a bunch of tree hugging, wooden shoe loving libs in the Northeast.

Anyone from Texas or Louisiana can visit Cruz's or Kennedy's web site and inquire. I would imagine that their people will respond since their names are on the petition to the DOE even if they say nothing of substance, but it is still worth a shot.

Now we want something like that in the LNG sector. Can you just imagine. He gets things done. Viva Delfin and TGLO. The time is early 2025, market is ripe for a massive bull run and so is TGLO. Rate cuts coming our way 0.25 basis points.

Not sure if anyone has reached out per below. I don't expect a direct answer, but we shall see. I simply asked him what he thinks is the likely outcome for expediting the Delfin project.
At a minimum I am sure that I will be put on his annual campaign drive list!

Remember, there is nothing out there as far as rumors, that Delfin is going to SPAC or IPO route, instead they chose to pony up 1.4 million dollars for this shell, which by the way, the Shell as it stands utilizes Delfin office spaces and for the next 12 months they will continue to fund it until they find the direction of the Shell. Delfin makes a FID, Final Investment Decision, which could come right after issuance of all necessary permits, they could merge with TGLO thereafter, timing is crucial, they have contracts in place to start delivering on their promise to the tune of 15-18 billion dollars all contracts combined, they can't afford to have delays anymore, whether early next year or late next year, beyond that, the likelihood of losing those contracts are high, time is really, really of the essence, not to mention Fred nor Egan are at age where they can waste anymore time to finally see this blossoming like they originally planned for Delfin and TGLO. Great recipe for one of the best mergers known to anyone, once this comes into limelight and the whole World finds out and especially Delfin gets a big shout out from the newly elected President, all hell is going to break loose. For now, nothing can be done until 30 days after the new admin takes over, another 2 months of wait, we waited this long, 2 more months of waiting is nothing. They can't stay private either, too much money involved, they won't sell either, they would have done it last year or the year before that or even now, they are taking this bull by the balls and running with the new admin in place early next year. But I am speculating more after the merger the new President Elect will give a shout out to Delfin, then instead of months to 15 dollars price target we get there within weeks, it makes sense to be honest, faster funding for Delfin. I was on the KODAK run from 11-60 in a matter of 3 hours, just because he touted KODAK the day before, I saw how DJT, I forget what the ticker was formerly when it was a SPAC, it ran from 10-150 dollars in one day. I can picture him say, "My adiministration rubber stamped all the required permits for Delfin and now Delfin has the right to export LNG to all over the World, such a big company, such a great company with great, smart leaders". Imagine that once the merger is announced? Talk about liquidity then, it will be stampede, buyers over the ask.

Maybe 00 should be assigned to 1st half 2025. I’m speculating on the possibility of the new administration investigating why Delfin was denied and suddenly a ‘mistake’ was discovered, and permit was swiftly granted.

I am curious though, the original two articles I have been looking for when I search on Google, are no longer there. You know, the one with "Contemplating" "Idled TGLO", "Anonymous Sources".

None of us know when it is going to happen, either early 2025 or late 2025, or the following year or years all the way to late 2028.
