My new strh is up 2000 percent from the low. I tried to pm you when it was 20 percent of the price it is at now. You can't marry these things. Buy them sell them. Come back a year later and maybe buy again. Typing on a phone sucks.

My gain was huge last year. I lost about 750 on my last buy at .0015. I should have sold but I thought I'd have an extra day. Oh well. Glta.

I haven't had time yet to relook. When I did my research months ago the Charles guy stood out to me. I have to go back and re-research it. I'm old and memory isn't what it used to be. I do know if you search him and his company they overlap with the motorcycle company. He also has been sued multiple times.

I try to never invest more in OTC tickers than I can afford to lose.
But sometimes I get carried away with the hype, like with STRH. 😢

They posted regular on X. Looked pretty legit. Then just straight fell off the map. Defunct shell company doesn’t have much value either. The merger didn’t fully close either so they can just pull out and nothing anyone can do. They could continue their business it could become very successful and anyone that bought shares will get absolutely nothing, they’ll just pick a new cleaner shell down the road and that’s that.

Scarponi bros provided a great platform for the previous owners to sell all their shares.
IMPAGLIAZZO, KELLY, BOSCO, and all the other > 5% holders made good money on this scam.

Big purchase order for bikes in Canada yet none were ever available for sale here. Can’t even find any current reviews for their bikes anywhere in the world. Something definitely stinks that’s for sure.

That sucks. Wonder what happened? You think the whole thing was a scam? The way they handled it sure seems like it. Not saying anything the whole time and letting it go dark.

STRH downgraded to Expert Market today as noted previously.

UPDATE. STRH is in a 15-day "Grace Period" on OTCMarkets.
If they don't file an Annual Report by April 6, 2026 they will be immediately downgraded to the "Expert Market" (EM).

I think it's an AI glitch.

However, any kind of rumor could have started the selloff for most of last year.
Guess I'll just have to wait and see?

Here's what AI told me about STRH merger with Tomahawk: Yes, the merger between Tomahawk and STRH (Star8 Corp.) is off. The merger was announced on December 30, 2024, but it has since been confirmed as off.

I loaded quite a few also righ before end of year 2025. Taking a chance the quite period is just do to finishing up audits. Lots of things are pretty concerning to me though. Main website has been down for few months. No listings anywhere I can find for their bikes actually for sale. Signed big deal in Canada showed building the bikes. Yet nothing proves those bikes ever really shipped to Canada. Can’t even pre order them in Canada. The longer things go on the less chance all the silence is due to audits. Can’t get a response from company. Can’t find any real reviews for their bikes. Can’t even find a place in Europe actually selling them. They did have lots of smoke but definitely can’t see any fire.

Updates are always nice. Especially on the OTC.
In this case, with share price down more than 90% from early 2025, it would be only "fair" to update new shareholders on what is going on with the supposed takeover of STRH by the Scarponi brothers.

Just my own opinions of course.

The selling "binge" of STRH appears to have slowed if not completely stopped.
The last high-volume day was on Dec. 31.
I ascribe the huge price decline in 2025 to selling by old management before the Scarponi Bros. take over control in 2026.
I'm assuming old management had millions of shares that they got for little or no expense.
They could then sell these cheap shares at almost any price and make a profit.
Hopefully these guys have unloaded all their cheap shares so that STRH share price can resume a more stable trading range until new management has a chance to put their plans in place for the "new" STRH (Tomahawk brand motorcycles).

Here's to a revitalized STRH in 2026.

One thing I forgot to add was that I was tracking the share increases back then. I noticed the O/S change on 09/17/2025 to 294,873,782. Nothing has been added since then.

There were also approximately 31,300,000 shares added since June 30. Since we do not have the most recent quarterly, it's hard to say what they were for. My guess would be services (accounting, transition costs, etc.). Those people usually want to get paid.

I agree that if Scarponi Bros. have pulled out of the deal then this could explain the huge drop is share price from $.03 To $.002 currently (~93% drop if price).
However, another possibility is that previous shareholders are being asked to sell all or most of their shares.

There are two types of previous shareholders.
1) There are promissory and convertible note holders.
Their total shares are ~25M shares as reported in the last quarterly report.

There are also several different 5% or more shareholders.
They hold a total of ~171M common shares.

So you can see there are almost 200M shares that could be forced to sell their shares in a "new" change of ownership situation.

Then there are 2 series of Preferred shares outstanding.
Preferred Series A has/had 625,000 preferred shares outstanding. They were convertible to 400 shares per preferred share. That's another 260M shares after conversion.
Preferred Series B shares conversion is more complicated, and I haven't calculated the conversion ratio. However, there are/were only 100,000 of those preferred shares outstanding.

Their website scarponimoto.com has disappeared.  That and the fact there are no filings, and not a peep on social media makes it look like they've abandoned this ticker....maybe I'm wrong but it explains the dumping down here

I really like the company here. Multiple different avenues in the works. Was strange how they were current and then weren't. Regardless we need the most current filing. Hopefully CEO gets it taken care of soon. Kind of dumb this pps is as low as it is.

Good to know they got that much time before EM downgrade. I don’t think management change would do anything. Maybe accounting change. The execs are the inventors/owners. They’ve done their part creating a sellable product. Once financials are all out and audited I have decent faith that they’ll keep them up and on time after.

Hopefully change in management happens before 2025 Annual is due.
Deadline for annual filing is March 31, 2026.
No worry about downgrade to EM until sometime in May 2026 after the 15-day grace period ends.

I know these deadlines very well from another ticker that I own which has gone to the grace period for the past 3 years.

Ya not sure why they didn’t at least file the late notice even if they weren’t gonna miss the extension. I think we’re gonna be in for a little more pain on this one till it subsides. All the issues I think are just accounting. They have a product and sales. We just have no idea what that looks like. I’m confident myself anyway that everything will get resolved. If it hits expert market might provide a great avg down opportunity for those willing to take the risk.

I noticed they haven't filed a Notification of Late Filing on the quarterly report.

Company has been pretty quiet lately, and it still has a yield sign.  Long silences can sometimes be a good thing, if they are working on something substantial in the background...I hope thats the case...maybe the next update will be filings dropping and getting current, they said they were working on that but why is it taking so long

Kinda funny how STRH is called "Star 8 Corp" at Fidelity and "Tomahawk Tech Inc" at Schwab.
Don't understand that at all.
Also Fidelity won't place online buy orders, yet Schwab will.

Didn't get any 002's didn't even try to bid there lol but I did pick up a million shares at .005 this morning 

It was a tech company when I first bought into it. It was good to trade from .02-.05. This was before this company took over. Maybe 3-4 years ago.
