there is no bid. if your broker has a corresponding order, they will match it. only price has to match, size does not. partial fills are possible. you can call your broker and ask them about the orders they have in house and you can find a possible match that way. your broker will not be able to tell you what orders other brokers may have.

Put it at .01 which is what the bid supposedly is but no luck

pick a price, make an order and hope it matches.

How do I sell this pos with fidelity?

it's still grey but the expert thing might allow a little more liquidity and make it easier to find a match to trade.
