I'm always hopeful but man it's been a long time since the VITX hype had this ticker soaring... we need some more hype and maybe even a legit business behind it and maybe we'll all get at least some of our money back... we can only hope I guess.

If you look on https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SRKE/security you will see the OS was updated on Oct 10. Might have something to do with that, they are maxed out,...no dilution possible??

No idea and I can't really find anything out there about what might be driving this increase. I like what I'm seeing, but also wish there was some clarity about what's happening, why and what the outlook is... their website looks way more professional so that's a good start.

I only need it to get to $22 to break even! LOL! This is by far my most regretful "investment". I'm still pissed I let myself get suckered into this back 2021 during the VITX hype... no sense in selling for nothing so I've just been sitting and waiting checking this board once a week or less, and just recently we finally see some movement, don't know why but don't really care as long as it keeps going up.

I hear you I probably should have sold last summer in that run up. Hopefully it goes again in 2026 when they release this app. It’s actually looking more legit than I thought it would. They added the strake symbol on the otc website in recent days.

My guess and it’s just a guess…. He bought a shit ton of shares in the early days of the vitamin scam and is fed up like the rest of us. I just pray this starts trading again. No action since last summer.

Hey Dan, genuinely curious, why do you care so much about this POS stock? It seems like you really put a lot of energy in to calling them out as the frauds they are, which is all good, however I just don't understand why? What do you gain from digging so deep in to a POS company?

Q1 and Q2 were easy. Alan T. Hawkins wasn't around and can claim no knowledge of the fraud. Q3 and the request for an A/S increase are a little more difficult. Alan T. Hawkins will have to put his neck out for these filings. That is, if Alan T. Hawkins is even still around after he got a look behind the curtain. They used Jim Adams as a consultant for Q1 and Q2. I'm sure Alan T. Hawkins has told them they need updated filings to increase the A/S and continue selling worthless stock. I can't image why they wouldn't want to get their filings up to date and continue the scam.

These fools scam people into buying shares while they continue the dilute and reverse scam.
The most amazing part is that people keep buying this garbage.

I'm looking at the revised filings now. How many boats did they rent over the past 3 years??

Almost time to increase the A/S. It's just about maxed out.
They finally found another sketchy security counsel to replace McMurdo Law Group. (Offically called out as a scam company)

The new Yes Man:

That along with a few nothing PRs and another copy paste nothing website makes them think an A/S increase will be okay.
This has been, is, and always will be a share selling operation. No actual business to be found.

They removed “Prohibited service provider” from the labels under the ticker on the otc website “ Shell Risk” is still there. Things are definitely happening after silence for so long. Still no trades though
