Adelayde Exploration is looking interesting here. Called in to the company and they said they will have two to three work programs this summer with a focus on gold and critical minerals. With the current market cap and price it should trade well over the next 3 -4 months once they formally announce their work intentions. Tried to fish for hard time frames but they didn't bite. They did say they were looking at drilling companies for work as early as this month so take that for what you will.

$SPMTF Mark Carney announced Nation Building projects again yesterday. In the mix is the Northcliff Resources Sisson Tungsten Mine which directly borders Adelayde Exploration's Sisson North Tungsten Project. This announcement will help move Adelayde's project forward by investing in the infrastructure needed to move the project forward at a rapid pace. The company could not ask for a better early Christmas gift as their project just got a whole lot more valuable IMO.

Adelayde is moving up. Nice to see it finally get some action. Sounds like they will be drilling their gold project in Nevada this year. With the clean structure it should keep moving for a while..

I smell a reverse split.

$SPMTF had some big news today, More than doubled the Antimony project in New Brunswick. Been a lot of news from Spearmint over the last month. I expect a lot more to come with a drill program and more Crypto news expected shortly. Looking back a the charts over the last couple years, last time they were trading low like they are now they had a massive run and confirmed a deposit of over 2 million tonnes of LCE on their Nevada McGee project. This project, commodity and position in the cycle feel very familiar based on that history. At the time, Lithium was just breaking out and Spearmint's price ran will it. I got in late on that one and only got a 4 bagger but people who saw the potential at the start got 10x. No chance it does that here but it should be a very good trade IMO over the next few months. Not an advisor but with the global instability we are seeing, countries going nationalistic and the import ban, this feels like an easy trade for me. GL all.

$SPMTF is ready to break out. Other Antimony companies are continuing their run on the China ban. UAMY and PPTA are having a great week. Spearmint is expected to have some news on their project any day now. Toss this in with the Crypto; it could double on some good news.

$SPMTF Just re-reading the news due to the re-transmission and they announced crypto news coming in the next few days. Everything seems to be falling Spearmint's way over the last few weeks. New Antimony project was announced early November, Entering the Crypro space soon after that, China banning Antimony and some other critical metals due to Trumps planed tariffs and then crypto breaking though that 100k ceiling. Hard not to see some strong short term potential here. That is what I am expecting anyway. GL all.

What a crazy week, Spearmint has been the volume leader for 3 out of 7 days on CSE. Announced a new Antimony project days before China bans shipments of the commodity to the US. Antimony is a critical mineral which has multiple uses in Military and Industrial applications as well as being a critical in the manufacture of Chips and Computers. This should be a good couple weeks here. Other Antimony stocks are on fire, MILIF, UAMY and PPTA are all seeing huge moves. $SPMTF

$SPMTF has a new Antimony Project to go along with the Crypto now. Lots of recent news after a quiet spell tells me they are working to get this moving. This is a trade here... Should do well for a while as more news comes out IMO. High risk, high reward, right... Not advice, I am a shareholder.

$SPMTF - Been seeing some big news catalysts are expected in the next couple of weeks from Century Lithium. Century and Spearmint sit in the same deposit and Spearmint has said that they would move forward with the next phase once they know the status of Century's updated feasibility study and plan of operations. Sounds like that time has come. With Spearmint trading under 2 cents it and this info coming out, it should be very active soon. You won't get a lower price once the report is out. Good Luck longs... April should be a good month followed by a better summer.

Spearmint's Neighbour Century Lithium is running on speculation of the Refinery working well. Spearmint has been waiting for this news to begin the next phase on McGee project that shares the deposit with Century. Seems like a good time to pick up some Spearmint here. If they technology is proven, the McGee project just became Viable since it is the same deposit with better grades. 2 million tonnes of LCE on 880 Acres is the Resource estimate on McGee for those who don't remember.

SPMTF Drill program running in the Chibougamau area of Quebec. Lots of potential targets with pegmatites in the area. Could see lithium, vanadium, gold, silver and a few other metals of interest. Nice to see.

Spearmint Resources (SPMT). In the Clayton Valley lithium area (SW Nevada) there has been an uptick in activity since the beginning of January 2023. Companies such as Sienna, Cruz, Cypress, have drilling programs underway. With Lithium in demand for electric vehicles, the future appears bright for well positioned companies such as Spearmint in Clayton Valley and other nearby Nevada projects. To have available lithium right in North America is important and adds even more strength to the nearby Tesla gigafactory project in Nevada.

$SPMTF, I called the company about a week ago and they confirmed that they have approval for up to 4 more holes on the McGee project in Clayton Valley by Cypress so that should go ahead in January or February I would guess. They wouldn't give a hard date due to drillers having other commitments but it sounded positive. They also have the Green Clay Project in the area to work on. Sounds like they are going all out on US Projects and Lithium so I think good things are coming. I have a fairly large position still so I will be looking to get some more as well now that it is pretty much bottomed. They always will take a call if you want first hand info. They tend to trade in a cycle though so I think if you can get shares around here it will do well over the next few months.

$SPMTF is about 2 weeks away from an updated resource calculation which is being done by Stantec. If you are familiar with the company then you know Stantec provided a maiden resource calculation for the McGee lithium project last year and indicated 1,006,000 tonnes of LCE on the project. What stood out if you read the report is that the company was only given lithium values for land to the east of what was though of as a limiting fault that runs through the middle of the project. Since the report Spearmint has drilled the west side of the project and reported some of the best intercepts in Nevada history for lithium projects. 700 fee of economical grade lithium bearing clay-stones. It is due to these fantastic and surprising results I am expected a significant increase in the deposit size. With the current price it well should be worth a look.

Bordering the project to the North is Cypress Development Corp. who are currently running tests through their pilot plant proving the refinement of the deposit. As they prove the technology, the same processes can be used to extract the McGee project as it is shared with Cypress.

Spearmint is an exploration phase company and will look to maximize the resource size and then look to sell the project to a developer. As the demand starts to spiral I expect we could see this happen sooner than later. 2023 or 2024 would not be unexpected.

Sprott did buy into $SPMTF for a few projects. Perron and Goose. Perron has been drilled and Goose is to come. Their Flagship which has over 1 million tonnes of LCE has their updated calculations coming and probably will double the estimate to 2M tonnes of LCE giving them roughly 40% of the LCE that the neighboring Cypress project has. Just on the McGee project alone this should be trading much higher than it is now. When it has the updated calculation it should double minimum if not triple. They are currently trading around 7% of Cypress and on deposit alone they should be 20%. Now toss in Lithium prices and they should valued better than last year when the initial estimates were done which was double what they are today. Glad to be holding this one.

So AMC's only reason to invest in HYMC was Sprott was in them. Sprott purchased shares of #SPMTF too. This one is going to break out once they start the new resource calculation on their flagship project. This could be double by Summer.

$SPMTF drilling in Quebec and will start drilling any day now on the McGee project in Clayton Valley. This one should take off soon. Can't imagine it will get cheaper with everything they are currently working on.

Drilling has begun on the first gold property, lithium drilling to commence shortly.

I recommend you call the company. They still have roughly 3M in the bank and don't foresee needing to raise any funds in the foreseeable future. Even with the million dollar gold drill program which was flow-through funds and have to be spent in Canada (IE. the cash from Sprott Funds)they still will have a very healthy balance sheet. To that end, if you read the company MD&A or financial you will see they have only spent 784k in exploration costs to date on the Clayton Valley McGee project and this is for 15 holes and everything associated with the resources assessment. Work on lithium clay projects is relatively inexpensive compared to any other drilling so with that in mind they have more than enough cash for 2 years. Depending on Options and warrant redemption and moderate drill programs this go even longer without having to refinance. Try to remember the Sprott Funds cash was raised at 20 cents Canadian and came with a warrant at 30 cents Canadian. If those are redeemed they will need no money for quite a while.

Interestingly enough, all of that info above is public record if you bothered to look it up but sure. They are broke already... /s

Regardless of if you believe any of this, with 2 drill programs and results expected early next year this is an easy trade. I don't expect it to be a long term investment but it will go well over 6-12 weeks. IMO.

$SPMTF has secured permits for the drill program in Quebec. Looking like it is on a Black Friday sales list currently. This will hit year highs in December with two drill programs going so this is a good time to buy. Have to like when everything is lining up nicely....

$SPMTF is just getting started, new work program about to go and it is well below the previous highs. Just for a swing this one will do very well. If they hit on either drill program I am not sure where their new level will sit but I would bet above where it is now.

Spearmint Resources Inc. (CSE: SPMT) (OTC Pink: SPMTF) (FSE: A2AHL5) (the "Company" or "Spearmint") wishes to announce the Company has received a drill permit from the Bureau of Land Management ("BLM") for the 'McGee Lithium Clay Project' in Clayton Valley, Nevada directly bordering Cypress Development Corp. and Pure Energy Minerals Limited. Earlier this year, on June 11, 2021, Spearmint received the technical report on its 100-per-cent-owned 'McGee Lithium Clay Project' which included a maiden resource estimate of 815,000 indicated tonnes and 191,000 inferred tonnes for a total of 1,006,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE).

On just the known deposit alone it is undervalued but has two major drill programs going forward in December. This one is going higher.

With the Perron-East drill program and the Clayton Valley drill program both starting in a couple weeks I am confident we will see 0.25 before we see 0.10 again. On success and depending on what CYDVF does it shouldn't get to 0.10 ever again but time will tell on that. Just on the confirmed deposit on the McGee claims they should be around 60M in market cap (Again, based on the value of the Cypress deposit and if they prove the refinement which they are doing now, well all of the clay exploration companies will be worth more.) Just my opinion though. I think you are selling them short. Last Year I would have been right with you though. Still high risk but the resource estimates help...

On that map you are showing both Clay and Brine deposits. Claims on the North Right side, Cypress, Spearmint and Noram Ventures sit on a Clay formation rich in Lithium. South right side are prospective lithium clay as they have not been drilled yet. Everything else is lithium brine claims.

There is no intention of being misleading here which is clear if you understand what each company is doing on the map. For more information look at the companies, specifically Noram (NRVTF), Cypress (CYDVF)and Spearmint's ($SPMTF)43-101 for their Clayton Valley deposits.

Ablemarle(ALB) has said they are exploring lithium extraction from clay but have not as of yet. Pure Energy (PEMIF) and Schlumberge New Energy (SLB) are building a DLE plant and Refinery for the Brine.

I have positions on all of these other than SLB and ALB. All should do well. My focus is SPMTF due to drilling shortly. Should get back to spring highs. My understanding is they are using the same drillers BKTPF is using on their SOLAR lithium project so if all goes well they will have them on site in about 2 weeks. Seems like a good time to load up to me. GL.

Share is misleading. About 8 different companies have acreage in Clayton Valley. Here is a map -

Looking like we will have 2 Drill programs going in December. Called $SPMTF and they were very positive on what they will see. The Clayton Valley McGee project already has a resource estimate and shares the deposit with $CYDVF. The entire valley has decent lithium numbers so expanding the resource estimate should be pretty easy. At the same time Cypress has started their pilot extraction plant to prove the extraction of the deposit they share. This will prove viability. On this alone this company is going to go higher.

Now toss in Perron project. East of the AMEX Exploration and Starr Peak projects this one is exciting. The company contracted for the work is Laurentia and they are known for discoveries. They are not going to waste time and money drilling unless they think they are going to find something. Especially when they could just focus on their other contracts. Time will tell if both hit but this will go on the work and results regardless. Very excited about where this is going over the next couple months. I would pick up more while it is cheap.
