I'd actually love to see proof that they are even real companies. They certainly aren't "loyal" that's for sure.

Perhaps shareholders should start contacting anyone & everyone associated with Chad MacKay and his many supposed companies. It's obvious what happened here now. He chose to get involved with public companies. Now shareholders deserve some sort of explanation and justice. Who knows how many people have been screwed over by this guy.

I can attest to this. I contacted the SEC twice in 2023/2024, and they had absolutely no record of a 5-year penalty. Perhaps it's time for another conversation with them.

There is no verifiable restriction. The sec never found any 5 yr restriction on funding opportunities. The sec did find the fine McKay paid.

What about the income from the jewelry business. Was that ever accounted for? It's looking like McKay never had any intention to operate his purchase of sflm as anything more than a way to get unsuspecting investors to pay off his purchases debts and with no accountability. If we don't get any annual report that answers our questions, he should be reported to the IRS.

Not only did Chad neglect to pay last year's taxes, he also never bothered to file an annual report with the state either. Should we add tax evasion to his list of wrongdoings?

To bring back from EM? Once on em you need a form for a market maker too which probably costs. He hasn’t paid Wyoming tax either which is due in April

That Twitter group was led by someone who subsequently formed a promotional company and some of the others involved are now his partners /. employees.

If you remember, they put a video together highlighting the plan and the attractiveness of the then current price which is what caused so many people to pile in.

That happens all the time in the OTC.

There really wouldn't be any securities fraud unless the "PR" at that time, that only appeared on 'X' on the SFLMaven account, was fabricated and attached by hacking. I think that is unlikely because although much of the content was reiterating the plan in the November 2022 change of ownership / direction PR, it did have additional content referring to the problems caused by the previous CEO and the problems that would cause for future funding.

A Grace Period of 15 days would make it March 10.

Nobody will be more annoyed than me if Chad MacKay has simply walked away without notifying otcmarkets.com - he is still shown there as the CEO.

The reason for it starting to show Dark or Defunct on the same date the Grace Period started may be because they have been chasing him for fees and not got a response.

It will be ridiculous if that is the case because if he didn't want to pursue the plan he published he could have sold the ticker to a private company that wants to go public for which the going rate is in the $250K > $500K range.

Another ticker which went EM some months ago because its then business plan didn't pan out - and so the CEO didn't shell out for fees for the CPA, Transfer Agent and otcmarkets.com - is coming back within the next few days by paying the outstanding fees and uploading whatever is necessary with a new business plan and a planned name change.

Yes, I now believe this was all a very elaborate con to feee insiders of their debt using our (the shareholders) money. Everything seems like it was purposely timed and planned out from the beginning in 2022.

The regulatory agencies are just as corrupt. Did you notice Van Noy stopped making those videos about Deep Power shortly after that Twitter group ran the price up in the fall of 2023. Then Deep Power ceased to exist except for the Internet history. Was this an elaborate con ? The FBI has a special division that investigates securities fraud. Someone with a good knowledge and timeline of events here needs to put together a plea and submit it to the FBI. I think the current administration and the new leadership of the various agencies wants to restore credibility and belief back in government.
