Wondering the same. Also many big players have bought major stakes in this. I imagined that they bought the shares as a way to control the remaining portfolio of assets and the stock would eventually go sub zero again, but it seems to be holding steady. Any thoughts on where this will go? I own 9600 shares so the poster that insinuated that I just wanted cheap shares is both wrong and unaware that the average investor (which I am) can not buy shares.

Anyone know what is going on with SBNY/SBNYL? I have some in Schwab and Schwab has not listed ANY info about them for ever, now all of a sudden everything is listed, ie. CUSIP, Number of Outstanding Shares, Pay Rate, EVERYTHING that goes with a current stock. Are we being relisted for trading or did Schwab just make a mistake?

Why is this stock on 15c2-11 rule when the FDIC is in control of providing documents that can be given to the SEC and they have failed. This sounds exactly the same as the Lady in charge of secret service that was at the Trump Rally in Butler and then deleted all her emails

Can someone smarter than me chime in please. Why is volume drying up? Is it that MMs are done accumulating? Also, shouldn't there be some sort of news on P/L, and who/which entity would report; e.g., Blackrock, or some other stake holding entity. Thoughts?

Understand - that is why I part mine out slowly - 500 here and 500 there. My next sell is 1000 at $10.20. Holding on to my commons since they are basically sky is the limit. Those "L"s are maxed out at $25.
