The last time there was a prediction made of share buy backs it was followed by the 1:20 reverse split and the Outstanding Shares count has bloated post the split from less than 100 million to the present 900 million.

There is no real explanation of why it has all turned so sour.

It's hardly a vote of confidence in the management that a small and not particularly complex company cannot perform without having to resort to handing over its operations to some external hotshots to sort out. One wonders why cutting costs and boosting efficiency is so beyond their own capability. It should be bread and butter work for a competent management that is on top of the operations.

As for major revenue increases taking place in the first quarter of 2025 we've heard previous predictions of big quarterly revenues expected that were way out. The June Quarter results were a huge flop. They need to walk the talk and stop treating the shareholders like muppets (the ones who aren't dumbasses, that is).

There it is in black and white. No reading between the lines is needed. Management has stuffed up and is looking to find a way out of the problem. It's as clear as the nose on your face. They have admitted the position is so bad they have appointed consultants and specialists to take over all facets of the business including production and financing.

The deletion of informative and fair comment posts is mainly the work of the one warped lowlife. At the end of the day I think most viewers realize what is going on and it doesn't reflect well on the Company. A good sound Company is not afraid of open discussion and scrutiny.

A website need not be a direct sales point, it can well exist simply to advertise and inform about the Company and its activities. It's somewhat odd that RMHB doesn't have one. The last version they had of a website did just that before it unaccountably disappeared.

Speaking of financial reports Adi, this summary of the June Quarter results has been posted here a number of times and has always been deleted. It did not show the company to be growing. Something sure smells fishy about the sleazy moderators. You might also notice the pps touched a new low of 0.0026 today. Hardly a good sign that it's on the way to becoming "world class" (an earlier pump of yours).

See p.26 for other instances where statements are made referring to activities well prior to the June Quarter. It seems that while the numbers have been appropriately changed the text has not been properly reviewed and updated before release. Such sloppiness is hardly indicative of a well run Company.

At June 30 there were no finished goods in Inventory.

For the six months ended June 30 2024 the Company had a Net loss from operations of $351,141

"Management’s strategic plans include the following:
• Pursuing additional capital raising opportunities (debt or equity)"
With 3 billion Authorized Shares (Outstanding Shares 899,466,003) more dilution can be anticipated?

They are still pursuing Jerry Grisaffi for the legal judgement against him but he doesn't seem too keen on paying up.

Now that cute1265 has revealed cbd acts as a mosquito repellent it would be best to soft pedal the cbd in the drinks. The public might not be too keen on beverages that contain an insecticide.

But the cloud could have a silver lining. Since cbd can knock out mozzies it would be a good idea if RMHB researched its effect on flies as well with a view to producing a pressure pack cbd spray to zap these pests. Joggers running on Rocket Energy could take a small can of the spray with them to ward off these nuisances. It would be a win-win synergy.

Yes that must be it, they are so busy with production they don't have any time to put up a website and do news releases. But running the drinks lines so hard could cause breakdowns so maybe they should ease up a little and grab an opportunity to let out some news.

Another aspect of going all in on production would be they don't have time to consider doing a reverse split. Even though BigOH has a NDA with the company he has still been able to slip us a heads up on that one.
