Yep, watching that one, Barry Sytner and Jody Walker, that's a reverse merger vehicle for sure I'd say. Could be a good one, the Sytner's have had a couple that went to NASDAQ.

Yore right i tried to buy 2000 shares but didnt buy. I am also watching another stock that jody walker is involved with called
YJGJ. It was at .0002 but that changed to .51. Not sure what you think of it but i am trying to buy that one as well.

I can't put a bid in with my broker because of the CE.. but...if I could I would for sure. Be great to get a whack in the .20s. Same guy behind NXMH which went to multiple dollars with a MUCH higher share structure than this, this went to $30+ like nothing during what I guess was a very low volume promo.

What do you think about this stock. Is it worth buying a few thousand shares.

Looks like they resumed normal quotation today after being suspended back in April 2021 due to 'potentially manipulative transactions in the Company’s Common Stock', should see the CE removed shortly I would think.

Beginning in 2019, our Common Stock was quoted on the OTC Markets Group Inc.’s (the “OTCM”) Pink Tier under the symbol “PTZH.”

On April 29, 2021, the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) issued an “Order of Suspension of Trading” (referred to herein as the “Order”) temporarily suspending the trading in the securities of the Company. The Order stated that the SEC felt it in the public interest and protection of investors to require a temporary suspension in light of potentially manipulative transactions in the Company’s Common Stock and unusual trading activity, particularly in February and March, 2021. The Company’s Common Stock, previously quoted on the OTC Markets Group Pink Tier was suspended as a result of the Order for the period from 9:30 a.m. EDT on April 30, 2021, through 11:59 p.m. EDT on May 13, 2021, at which time the suspension expired by its terms.

On August 26, 2021 the SEC confirmed to the Company’s counsel that it had concluded its investigation of the Company pursuant to the Order, and that the SEC did not intend to recommend any enforcement action. The SEC’s response further noted that this decision should “in no way be construed as indicating that the party (the Company) has been exonerated or that no action may ultimately result from the staff's investigation.”

Recently, the Company had a Market Maker file a Form 211 on the Company’s behalf so that the Company’s Common Stock may resume its quotation via the OTC Pink Tier. The Form 211 was cleared by FINRA on December 15, 2021. Currently, the Company’s counsel is in communications with OTC staff regarding resuming quotation of the Company’s Common Stock on the OTC Markets Group Pink Tier.

There is no guarantee that the Company’s Common Stock will be quoted again via the OTC Pink Tier in the future.

There is currently a limited trading market in the shares of our Common Stock.
