If you were right, NWBO would never have needed to submit the PSM analysis, and we'd have seen an MHRA approval on the MAIC alone by now. We haven't. Instead, NWBO had to build and submit the entire IPD/PSM package to rescue the MAA.

Just to be absolutely clear. I am personally convinced that DCVAXL will be approved based on the IPD/PSM package; I am NOT convinced DCVAXL would have been approved on MAIC. I also believe that NWBO will be bought out 2 to 3 years after MHRA approval.
