Hell yes. I assumed he would have tried to sell the ticker already (maybe he has). As for the value, it is really no different than what it was (sucks), but now it is way worse since retail can't trade it, so it would only move if there were a major "corporate event", since broker-dealers would not see any value otherwise.

And if Berman did not care enough to keep the damn thing Pink, there is no way he would spend the money to get the filings up to date to get out of Expert Market, since that will cost even more money.

Like you said, hopefully someone will buy it and fix it. But I will still get screwed, because the first thing the new owner would do is RS the damn thing.

Not sure that's a "real thing" in sub-penny OTC...
If he puts out a real press release we might see that. We've seen tweets (considered legitimate company disclosure by SEC) and we've seen 8-Ks and PRs by countless scam operators.

All lies, all the time unfortunately.

Nobody's held accountable in this arena and scam OTCs operate w/ impunity.
