You already failed rule number 1. "I Fell in love with the acquisition company even before I started looking at the structure of NWPG." Never fall in love with a stinky pinky. Watch and learn.

If you read my historic posts on NWPG they start in early January. Right after I found a PR announcing an LOI with NFI Empire. Fell in love with the acquisition company even before I started looking at the structure of NWPG. I usually do not post on IHUB but wanted a board to discuss this deal and its merits...as well as its problems. What I see is a clean public entity without the usual capital equity positions that can dilute or kill the market...convertible instruments at a discount to market. I am bullish on the deal as my post will show you clearly. Keep scratching my head why would a private company like NFI Empire go public other than to grow what already looks like a cash flow positive operation. To date I have seen nothig that woul dlead me to believe that the consumated this transactions for nefarious reasosn to hur market shareholders. Maybe I am wrong and way off the mark. Time will tell.

When a company stops being transparent with their share structure it usually is used to screw the commons, and your posting history here is suspect to me as to who you are and what your motivations are. 04/2025. Nwpg

Again you are wrong. I have been trading penny stocks for almost 30 years. The company tells the TA when to publicly report. When otcmarkets stops updating it is almost always due to dilution (or merger, preferreds activity) and covering it up in the short term. Maybe it's not the case here but it is the case 90 percent of the time.

Again that is a TA issue as they handle all inputs. Problem may be they need to change to a larger TA...

They were updating the share count at least weekly until the merger. They hadn't updated it from 04/16/2026 until May 14.

That is true look to the disclosure statement for conversion rate and date issued to see how much dilution and also the date they could get legends removed the converted common. I read it and there were PrB issued at closing...which are convertible 10-1 but are all held by insiders and control persons.

Cannot hide share structure. Transfer aget verified period. The ONLY item that can be change by the company. EVERY item on the "Security Detail" page that has the little shield besie it is 100% controlled by the TA. If the Company even touches it when they update other items on OTCIQ, they lose the TA verified requirement and immediately go back to Pink Sheet limited. Been like that for years.

They need to update their share structure more regularly. No one trusts the OTC. When you conceal the share structure the public assumes you are up to no good. Not a good luck for them right off the bat.

I probably mispoke based on what I read. My background is in Accounting and reading financial statements. Not too much on SEC rules. I read that they could issue new preferreds at any time and that they could be converted. I guess I read wrong. My apologies.

I agree with you that the 15k is nothing. I was speaking about the fact that they reported previously only 6k was left.

I find it weird that this a bonified company with revs, no debt cause in otcland $15k aint shit, its strange low, little, to no volume.
