In addition, overburden samples from hole KR26-007 returned 29 g/t Au over 2 m at Grid 1 and KR26-001 returned an overburden sample of 2.13 g/t Au over 3m at Grid 4. Refer to the supporting drilling results presentation dated 29 May 2026 for plan and section views of all four grids.Rotation 1 SummaryThe Rotation 1 results suggest that gold mineralisation is not continuously present along the overall strike and dip of the mineralised trend at Target A, and additional structural analysis is required as highlighted by the following observations:Adjacent holes returned variable results - for example, KR26-006 returned no significant assays despite being located between four mineralized holes at Grid 1, and five of nine holes at Grid 3 returned no significant Au (0.5 g/t Au) despite being drilled in vicinity of KR26-012 (9 m @hallsboy (KR26-017) failed to repeat the intersection, and current drilling did not establish dip continuity around the flagship KR25-157 (30 m @hallsboy with 9m @ 1.23 g/t Au (12-21m) does provide strike continuity;Grid 4 did not intersect a bedrock source for the 68.5 g/t Au surface sample with only one hole returning a narrow 1m @ 25-26m). A 3 m @ 2.13 g/t Au intercept was returned from overburden.These observations suggest the possibility that gold mineralisation may be hosted in a series of shoots with plunge directions that are oblique to the overall strike and dip of the mineralised trend. A total of 22 holes (1,198m) were drilled: 8 holes (479 m) at Target AE tested a ~250 m extent of this SSW-NNE mineralized trend, and 14 holes (719 m, with one hole abandoned) at Target AF across three grids spanning the >450 m N-S mineralized trend. Field logging of RC chips confirms quartz veining, weathered sulphides and a host-rock assemblage consistent with that observed in 2025 drilling. An additional 29 surface rock samples were collected along strike at AE and AF, including newly identified parallel structures at Target AE. All RC and surface samples are now at ALS Johannesburg; results are expected in July.Next StepsRotation 3 will consist of vertical RC drilling targeting new regional opportunities under Kalahari cover identified through geophysical and structural interpretation. Between 40 and 60 shallow holes are planned to test the base of the Kalahari cover and the upper 5-10 m of bedrock. This rotation will be undertaken in two stages, with an initial 3-week program starting in mid-June, followed by a second program tentatively planned to start in late July.Surface prospecting and soil sampling is underway, and focused on areas north of Target AE, infill between Target A and Target AF, and a soil grid south of Target A. Samples returning gold values over 10 ppm are subjected to ore-grade check assays using fire assay and a gravimetric finish using method code Au-GRA22 (50-gram sample). Samples are also subjected to lithium borate fusion and acid digestion for whole-rock analysis of major and trace elements by ICP-AES (major elements) and ICP-MS (trace elements); method codes ME-ICP06 and ME-MS81, respectively. In addition, a suite of base metals and other trace elements not included in the ME-MS81 method are analysed by ICP-AES on four-acid digestions (method code ME-4ACD81).QA/QC protocols include ALS laboratory's own internal quality assurance controls as well as Rockman's field controls, including the insertion of duplicates and certified reference materials (CRM), each at a rate of roughly one per 20 samples. Twelve samples returned gold values >0.5 g/t Au, including six >1 g/t Au (see Table 1).Target AE. The highest result – a 5.44 g/t Au sample located ~160m south of the 2025 RC drilling – is one of five samples at Target AE returning >0.9 g/t Au, extending the SSW–NNE strike length to greater than 250m.Target AF. Samples returned new results along an interpreted 450m N–S strike length, including seven samples >0.5 g/t Au and notable values of 3.78 g/t Au, 2.61 g/t Au and 1.67 g/t Au. At Target A, five of six grab samples returned gold values of 68.5 g/t Au, 7.99 g/t Au, 5.12 g/t Au, 3.28 g/t Au, and 1.81 g/t Au, respectively. At Target K, one of seven samples returned 10.7 g/t Au. A single sample at Target AE returned 1.27 g/t Au. An additional 31 surface samples collected along strike trends at Targets AE, AF, and K in February 2026 are currently awaiting assay results, expected before the end of Q1 2026.The 2026 exploration campaign was initiated on February 18 with Remote Mapper airborne geophysical surveying over the north-eastern portion of the property, together with additional follow-up surface prospecting and sampling. Onsite Engineering Ltd routing, design and potential construction of the trail, Ecologic Consultants Ltd. permitting and environmental studies and North Arrow Minerals funding for Onsite and Ecologics pre-construction work on the trail. Studies have been completed on about 11km of the proposed 15km trail. The last 4 km are scheduled to be studied in May-June 2019. Measurements of all water crossings will also be taken at that time. It will take about two months of construction time to build the trail. The proposed start date is September 2019 with completion planned for 2020. All construction activities will be staged in Naujaat. Building of access trail would provide two main environmental benefits: 1 less damage of tundra and wetlands: the existing ATV trail is very wide in some wet areas, as drivers try to find the driest possible routes. This disturbs more tundra than necessary; and 2 proper bridges and culverts will make stream crossings safer and will reduce impacts on the water quality, fish, and vegetation. Construction of this community access trail will create near-term local employment and will benefit Naujaat businesses. Construction related jobs offer potential experience and training in areas such as surveying, equipment operation, environmental monitoring, and archaeological monitoring. If the trail is built the community will gain access to sources of gravel and carving stone and will have safer and easier access to the land for traditional activities. There would be additional employment, training and business opportunities related to North Arrows work on the Q1-4 diamond deposit, tourism, and education.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 07, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- North Arrow Minerals Inc. (TSXV-NAR) is pleased to provide an update on its Loki Diamond Project, including the sale of 0.5% royalty interests in the Project for $266,000. The Loki Project is located in the Lac de Gras region of the Northwest Territories, approximately 30 km southwest, and 24 km west of the Ekati and Diavik diamond mines, respectively, and immediately adjacent to the west of North Arrow’s LDG Joint Venture Diamond Project with Dominion Diamond Mines.

North Arrow has reached an agreement with Umgeni Holdings International Limited (“Umgeni”) under which Umgeni has agreed to increase its royalty interests in the Loki Project from 1.5% to 2.0% in exchange for payment of $266,000 to North Arrow. The royalties consist of net smelter return royalties on base and precious metals and a gross overriding royalty on diamonds. Umgeni is a private company of which Christopher Jennings, a director of North Arrow, is a beneficiary of the sole shareholder. Closing of the agreement with Umgeni is subject to the receipt of all required regulatory approvals including approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

North Arrow also announces completion of a summer till sampling program at the Loki Project. A total of 190 samples were collected and are presently being shipped to a laboratory for processing and recovery of kimberlite indicator minerals. Sample results will be used to prioritize targets for ground geophysical surveys and exploration drilling. In addition to the funds raised by the royalty sale to Umgeni, this exploration is also supported by a grant from the Northwest Territories’ Mining Incentive Program.

Your right, insiders taking bulk of shares down. If Dominion goes to mine NA property maybe that could generate cash but that too would be a ways out in the future. They did wait until after they announced intersection of Kimberlite BEFORE the last PP.

Interesting as Dominion is run by Rory Moore and Gren is main player in North Arrow who founded Aber ...Rory was on the drill rig at Aber (now Diavek mine) when it intersected Kimberlite and brought a diamond to the surface. He told me that story!

I knew this had a great chance of being the next mine for Dominion. There is still a lot of work left but I'll stake my claims with the people who I have met and have been successful. Relationships and ties mean a lot.

You got some real guys who know diamonds North Arrows board is amazing.

Stay tuned as there is more there, Chris Jennings sits on this board but has ownership with Stu Blussom (founder of Ekati)in pipes that New Nadina has control of close by. They NNADF may not have the resources to move the project forward but if Blussom and Jennings are tied to it something is there.

As far as North Arows other projects NAUJAAT I think home run...the stones are beautiful and rare with the Argyle closing down colored stones are going to pop. These are yellows, oranges, intense in color and beautiful...(no pinks to purple like the Argyle) I have looked for similar colors there are fetching 15k for a cut and polished .70 carat with exponential increase to a carat and above.

North Arrow Minerals Inc. (TSXV-NAR) is pleased to report it has been notified by joint venture partner and operator Dominion Diamond Mines that a spring geophysics program is complete and planning is underway for renewed exploration drilling at the LDG Joint Venture Diamond Project, Northwest Territories.

Ground geophysical coverage consisted of 13 total grids, including magnetic (11 grids; 465 line km), gravity (9 grids; 2,100 stations) and OhmMapper resistivity (5 grids; 90 line km) surveys. All of the surveyed target areas are associated with anomalous kimberlite indicator mineral results from till samples collected during reverse circulation overburden drilling programs completed in 2018 and earlier. A full evaluation of the geophysical survey results and drill target selection is underway, however it is expected that drilling will include testing of a target from Grid 4 defined by an OhmMapper resistivity anomaly coincident with gravity and magnetic lows located adjacent to a diabase dyke.

Drilling is expected to commence in July as part of a $2.8M 2019 exploration program designed to focus on kimberlite discovery in this prospective 147,200 hectare joint venture property located adjacent to the south of the Diavik diamond mine. The 2019 exploration program is being fully funded by Dominion after which it is expected North Arrow will retain an approximate 21% interest in the project.

Dominion is the operator of the joint venture and field operations are being managed by Aurora Geosciences of Yellowknife NWT. The contents of this news release have been reviewed by Ken Armstrong, P.Geo. (ON), President and CEO of North Arrow and a Qualified Person under NI 43-101.

North Arrows pipes in Naujaat have some very nice prized colors...they need size and grade in this diamond market. If anyone has a chance for a new diamond mine it this company. JMHO.

So in October there was a 552 pale yellow diamond pulled out of the Diavek mine. Dominion sold out their working interest and shares to Washington Companies for 1.2 billion in July.
In October a 552 carat diamond in recovered out of the mine. No value has been put on that stone yet...but it will be cut back and Ill bet your looking at 400 to 500 million. Go look at the largest diamonds in the world then see the values.
North Arrow has the Naujaat pipe which in tests so far are running over 20% colored stones, fancy yellow to orange as well as green stones.
