Practically this means that if those issues are not fixed, Bishop’s Mill cannot operate commercially

No commercial operation = No money in

In addition, there is no financing pouring in from the toxic lenders, in fact they are all
Converting and bailing the hell out.

JarHead has no money to proceed with the required fixes at Bishop IMO.

Wrong. Mining is necessary and can be done by legit miners in a responsible way. Scammers will set up a worthless mining property with equipment, buildings, chemical processing, etc. to impress investors. When the scam winds down, they'll disappear and leave a mess. Seen it happen multiple times.

Anybody who thinks the Bishop Mill could handle the volume of material mined at a typical modern mine is nuts. A typical open pit operation mines in a week what the Bishop Mill couldn't handle in a year. If it were fully permitted, which it isn't.

Inyo county in my opinion is getting ready to explode in the mining industry and the Bishop Mill which is in the same county with its rock crushing ability couldn’t be in a better place if it had to!!!


One of the largest projected mining projects in the state of California is actually closing there 45 day public comments Today on their permitting approval which I have heard are very positive. This looks to be a thoroughly vetted project which consists of over 15,000 acres from the K2 Gold Company out of Canada, and their subsidiary the Mojave Project. This just happens to be off hwy 395 about an hour drive from the Bishop mill which is also off hwy 395. With Gold closing in on $4000 an ounce, my opinion is Jared will have work lined up for the mill on top of his own Gold processing!!!

Now you tell us he’s not at Bishopp’s adressing the dewatering,waste management and closure plan issues that prevent Bishop to operate, but instead doing exploration stuff 1200 miles away. He didn’t organized any new Supersacks shipment from Fran
