MSB Global Capital Corporation (EM) (MSBM)

The acquisition would presumably be CanvasLand Ltd but I'm not entirely sure if they merged with Chelsea Tech, Inc, (SEC registered but no ticker symbol) or what exactly but I think MSBM contains CanvasLand now as the main asset. Its possible they originally wanted to go public through Chelsea Tech, Inc but went this route instead due to some regulatory pain in the assary....not sure.

Looks like a big acquisition about to be announced with that many shares - good thin they would be restricted for 2 years - float still small and this can move big imo. Bit of a jump today - no shares out there to be bought

Ok, looks like it was a typo, 24,480,000 were recently issued not 24,480,000,000.....someone needs to tell them that those three extra 000's on the end actually matter to people who might be interested in their stock....lol. Granted it does not give me a lot of confidence but does put it back on my radar now at least, as that final share structure is much more acceptable.

Sounds like the perfect basis for a shareholder lawsuit, for violation of fiduciary trust and incompetence.

Change of control and presumably a RM with CanvasLand Ltd, however, in classic Chinese fashion, it appears they issued a truly insane number of shares to the merging company.......24,480,000,000 shares......Yes that 24+ BILLION shares....YIKES.....lol.

I was looking this a bit more, I believe the majority shareholder here, Kwai Ming Clive Hui....is AKA Bruce Hui, the CEO of TriC Global. If you look through their LinkedIn and website, TriC Global is all about taking companies public and to NASDAQ but via the OTC first.

TriC Global claims on LinkedIn that they are a subsidiary of MSBM, which would make sense given the MSBM press release in May, however, that's not reflected in the MSBM filings at all.

I'm just speculating but I wonder if plans changed and instead of merging with MSBM, TriC Global is going to use MSBM as a vehicle to take another company public instead, someone like one of these perhaps...??

Its a bit confusing but MSB Infinitus Limited is a 100% owned subsidiary of MSBM....it looks like those shares may have been sold to Stella Lo for $1.2M..??

One thing is for sure. This stock has a such a greedy, lock float share count, any real news will blow it up to $1 land, like Gevi did this year. Damn thing went from .04 to $1.20
Ndtp went from .000001 to $2.00/share 999,900% rally in one trade and it was at the time, still in CE/EM land...
