As I understand, the MDWK's Spirits Rapid Aging Systems (“SRAS”) uses wood chips with 360 degrees of wood exposure to the Spirit rather than just the inside wood of a barrel. Seems pretty straightforward, but it makes total sense.

I am trying to find out if there are other techniques using a similar method of fermenting as MDWK's Spirits Rapid Aging Systems (“SRAS”).
Does anyone have information on this?

I hear the product is very time saving. Much less wood is needed for the fermentation process.

My understanding is that MDWK is expending their Spirits Rapid Aging Systems (“SRAS”) in three countries outside of the United States.

My guess is they signed more deals and it leaked. ? Every distillery will have to have this product so they can compete on lower price bourbon and whiskey.
The total addressable market (TAM) is Hugh. I'm hoping for the best.

Whiskey is a strictly regulated spirit consumed and sold worldwide having many classes and types. Whiskeys are made from fermented grain mash. Various grains like barley, corn, rye, and wheat are used in the production of a whiskey depending on its type/class. The top regional made whiskeys are Scotch Whisky, Canadian Whisky, Irish Whiskey, Kentucky Bourbon and Tennessee Whiskey. The net revenue generated through whiskey worldwide is 89,631 Million USD with net production of 56.95.3 Million Liters. With such a tremendous market growth, we thought of identifying top contributors to the world whiskey market. Here are some countries with most whiskey production, sales, and export.

Germany

The production of German-made whiskey started just last 30 years ago. German whiskeys are of various styles like single malts, blends, and bourbon. There are in total 23 distilleries in Germany producing whiskey.

Taiwan

Taiwan has only one whiskey distillery called Kavalan. Kavalan Distillery is owned by the King Car Group and is located at Yuanshan Township, Yilan County, Taiwan. The distillery has the capacity to produce 9 million bottles a year.

Finland

Finnish whiskey was first produced in 1981 at the Koskenkorva alcohol distillery in Ilmajoki, Finland. Koskenkorva alcohol distillery is run by the state-owned alcohol monopoly Alko. There are currently 4 operational distilleries in Finland. In 2018, Finland produced 1.9 Million Liters whiskey and exported 6.78 Million Euros worth of whiskeys.

Australia

All of Australia`s modern distilleries have been established since 1992, and the most prominent distillers can be found on the beautiful island of Tasmania, off the southern coast of Victoria. Australian whiskey has a distinctive taste all its own, resulting from the flavorful quirks provided by its abundant and unusual landscape. According to Luke Summers’ from worldwhisky.com, Australia currently has 26 whiskey distilleries, with the most prominent producers being found in Tasmania.

India

Indian whiskey sells over 120 million cases. To enhance their flavor, many of the Indian locally made whiskeys use the dressing of Scotch whiskey. India produced 3468.4 Million Liters of Whisky in 2018. India is thus emerging as the fastest growing global center for whiskey production.

Canada

Canada produces over 21 million cases of whiskey. Canada houses about 30 distilleries around the country producing 54.2 Million liters of Whisky. Canadian whiskey is noted for its light and smooth style, and most of it is blended.

Japan

Japan produces around 94.5 million liters per year and is the fourth biggest whiskey producer in the world. Japan distills its whiskey twice, in copper pot stills, and it recognizes the very important role that oak plays in the maturation of the spirit.

Ireland

In 2018, Ireland produced 8.9 Million Liters of Whisky. The use of peat is rare in the malting process, which means that Irish whiskey has a smoother finish as opposed to the smoky, earthy overtones common to some Scotches. Ireland currently only has seven distilleries in operation and three of these are newcomers with no established products in the market yet.

USA

The USA produces approximately 37 million cases of whiskey each year in 129 distilleries. Jack Daniels and Jim Beam are the two most famous American whiskeys. The USA clocked 477.4 Million liters in net whiskey production in 2018.

Scotland

Scotland shelters about 97 distilleries and has several different regions producing 700 million liters of whiskey per year. Principal whiskey-producing areas include Speyside and the Isle of Islay, where there are eight distilleries providing a major source of employment. In many places, the industry is closely linked to tourism, with many distilleries also functioning as attractions worth £30 million GVA each year.

Spirits Rapid Aging System at Industry-Leading Spirits Companies

Green Cove Springs, FL – February 19, 2025 – MDWerks, Inc. (“MDWerks” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: MDWK), a forward-thinking company leading the charge in the world of sustainable technology, today announced that its subsidiary, Two Trees Beverage Company (“Two Trees”), has signed two separate, new contracts with two industry-leading spirits companies for the deployment and license of the Company’s proprietary Spirits Rapid Aging System (“SRAS”).

Under the first contract, entered into with one of the largest distilleries in the United States, the Company will build and deploy one SRAS at the customer’s facilities within the next 3 months, with the potential for additional SRAS deployments in the next 12 months.

Under the second contract, entered into with a leading U.S. wholesaler and broker of bulk spirits, the Company will build and deploy one SRAS at the customer’s facilities within the next 6 to 9 months, with the potential for additional SRAS deployments in the next 12 months.

Under both agreements, the Company’s subsidiary, RFS Specialties, LLC (“RFS”), will assemble the SRAS units and provide ongoing machine servicing and maintenance. Every time I visit any Costco , it seems packed with customers, I like to invest in companies I go and visit, touch and feel , not all brick and mortar , even technology type entities, I believe in visiting the companies even if I have a tiny stake , I have also visited startups , micro cap, mid cap , it gives me some real idea of the overall business , I read some book by Peter Lynch fidelity guy , a while back, he got ideas about companies by this method and seeing what his wife was buying 🤔

Looks like they seem to be moving in the right direction on the business side , saw there was a press release in regards to a new alliance with a company called green glass which I believe specializes in liquor sales, marketing and distribution from what I could find online , continue to be cautiously optimistic

Ok, I did a tour of the subsidiary facility , approximately 18 min from distillery, very professional group , showed me the prototype & development and machine assembly area , very impressive to the layman’s eyes . They are completing a project for a customer who has asked them for a prototype to solve a specific issue in the wood industry, they would not disclose specifics but I actually get the impression that this leads to a bigger project. Overall I really like all of the people I have met from the manager of the tasting rm at the distillery to the customer service rep that was kind enough to give me a brief tour . I see a hub of activity at both locations and with the caveat that there is always risk, In my opinion this looks good. I will be traveling again over the next few days but will review my notes and try to relate everything thst I learned, side note I again visited the tasting room , there was a good crowd in the store area and they have flyers for the county fair, where they will be doing tasting of their flavored whiskies and Tim Smith of moonshiners and Master Distillers fame will be signing autographs. This is cool company to come and checkout and I suggest if you are in the area you go visit. It’s not Ibm but for a small micro I have a positive view.

Stopped at the Distillery tasting room again , for the 45 minutes I was there, they seemed to have quite brisk business in the tasting room store, which sells all of their in-house brands as well as merchandise like hats, tshirts, engraved bottles etc. The gentleman who is in charge of the tasting room very pleasant , very informative. He says they are going to introduce some brand new flavored whiskies in the next few months. I have made an appt for tmrw to visit the RFS subsidiary which they tell me is a 20 minute drive from the distillery. It seems like they are busy here but obviously I have no idea how that translates into their overall success, I remain cautiously optimistic. I will give a further update after my visit tomorrow. Hopefully I will get a decent idea after I have been given the tour .

Kevin Cassidy and Mark Nordlicht are both quietly involved in MDWerks, but are keeping their involvement on the downlow due to Nordlicht's recent conviction/bankruptcy filing and their checkered pasts.

Traveling from fla , Heading up north again , planning on stopping by the distillery in Fletcher again and taking them up on the offer of being able to visit the RFS offices also to see the operation there , I was told on my last visit by tasting room customer service, that it is a 15 min drive from the distillery, I will update after my visit

Pink current again. Didn't even realize. 80% drop on 1,427 shares. Whomever is holding shares are holding pretty tightly. Float appears to be quite small.

From my stop off to see the distillery, I saw the bottling line working, and what the tasting rm person called their “sustainably matured” aging operation which was loading and unloading “totes” of product , at that time they were running whiskey , she explained that it goes through that process for 9-16 hrs . The Moonshiners show stars were all there because they are filming the “Masterdistillers” episodes on-site. IMO this has a real shot but we have to see their real progress and how efficiently it is run of course. I did ask about when they would get their next reports in and uptodate , but i was asking a customer service person in tasting rm, she called someone else and they said it’s being worked on and will be soon, beyond that , no further comment. After I got to spend time in tasting rm and go on a tour to see everything in that operation, It looks promising and Iam cautiously optimistic. I did ask about the other sub which is called RFS “ and was told it was approx 20 minutes from there and on my next trip , my plan will be to visit that location as well , they seemed amenable to letting me get a tour of that operation also but said I would need to come by distillery on the way and they would arrange an appt. They seem very professional and couldn’t have been nicer. That’s it for now

Ok I made it to the distillery and I visited the Tasting room and took the tour again, it was a hub of activity, the tasting rm was very busy , I learned from the person working in the tasting rm store that at this moment , the MasterDistillers TV show is being taped there for 4-6 weeks, Tim Smith of Moonshiners fame came into the tasting room in between filming and signed autographs , I took a ton of pictures, personally Iam impressed by the operations
Heading out to continue on my trip but will make a more complete update based on my visit and the conversation with the people on-site

While traveling from Fla to Ct , a few months ago to visit family I stopped by the distillery and took a tour , and things were going really well , I was extremely impressed by what I saw in person , Iam heading back the other direction this week and I will stop by there again( they give tours and have a tasting room) and will try to give an update, but I am going to proceed with patience , let’s be real this is a penny stk that may have some great potential.

Based on the following paragraph in the original 8K, I was under the impression Two Trees would be the surviving company and we would see a name change. I am surprised Laker is still CEO. Also, where is the BOD?

I bought 3500 shares of MDWK as a lark. I worked for Agera and Sunwave.
Kevin Cassidy appointed Steve Laker the CEO of both companies. Michael Nordlicht was the MDWK COO (and previously affiliated with both Agera and Sunwave) but he resigned per an SEC report on 12/29/23. Interestingly, per SEC report 10-K/A (see:: https://fintel.io/doc/sec-mdwerks-inc-1295514-10ka-2023-may-31-19509-7698) "Kerry Cassidy is the Managing Member of Tradition Reserve Trust 1 LLC and has sole dispositive power over the shares owned by Tradition Reserve Trust 1 LLC. Its address is 107 N Greeley Ave., PO Box 892, Chappaqua New York 10514."
Management and Board (assuming there is one) owe shareholders an explanation as to what is happening with our company....but I won't hold my breath.

The CEOs silence speaks volumes. Laker was apparently involved in a few failed energy companies. Who is really behind him who made him the CEO who is funding operations? There is no way this guy put together the Two Trees and RF idea on his own.

Amazing what a $.70 total trade can do to your market value on paper.
