SEC Rule 15c2-11, if they come out with audited financials publicly so we can view them, the MMs will have to make a market. Latest news is Mcdermott just landed the largest FEED contract ever in Qatar.

So got message a while back that I could not buy any of these shares but could only sell them back at the M&Ms. Noticed there have been days of high volume like over million share days. Nothing lately and the stock never gets above .75cents. Got a notice to vote for McDermotts annual shareholders meeting to elect officers and interesting to select a audit firm. Be really good if they will start filing their SEC forms again with audited financials as that was the reason given by TDAmeritrade that I couldnt add to my position.

even if there is a dead-cat bounce and good volume---personally not impressed----------as the way this company was and is being (run)managed...

Don’t know the first, but Hertz just went into bankruptcy and has no plan, yet. MDRIQ, though, has a court approved plan that cancels the common stock. It’s just a matter of time. All the Tweeters should be sure to tell everybody that...

The run is a result of a Twitter pump and some BS charting sites that are blinded to the reality of the company and stock and just looking at the price action. Some investors just refuse to read anything about the companies they invest in, would rather get their “hot stock tips” and give their money away to pumpers.
There was a tweet near the end of the day where a guy mentioned the impending cancellation of the stock, noting that it is expected by the end of the month when the company emerges. The music will play for, what, 2-3 more weeks? Then it stops.

Why is 'THE RUN' even happening?

When (not if) this stock gets cancelled, there’s going to be a lot of people learn the lesson not to listen to Twitter and invest in Q stocks.

How is "fair price" determined on a stock in bankruptcy that may cease to exist at any moment?

Stock will be cancelled, investors will lose 100%. Guaranteed by th court approved bankruptcy plan. Ticking time bomb, will happen without warning.

Yeah, kinda like that, only most who play that game know they're playing it. Wonder if I check Twitterland about the ticker how many folks are admitting the inevitable cancellation of the stock while recommending it be watched and purchased?
