Hi toohot,

that's a hard thing to predict. LMGR is an unsolicited pink trading on the very bottom rung (Pink No Info).

The SEC has recently updated the Form 15c2-11 rule. If nothing changes with the stock, sooner or later it will be impacted.

Since LMGR seems abandoned it's highly unlikely that it will become current before time runs out (I think that would be next summer).

The biggest hope is the company is picked up a custodian. If that happens then I believe the new rule gives new ownership 18 months to get current.

But to answer your question...

If a custodian grabs her then I certainly think she could move up quite a bit.

If she "times out" and turns grey again...

I have been holding this stock for so very long. Other than the CE Warning, I think it's sitting pretty for a custodian.

Furthermore, I am confident the CE Warning can be removed. It was not applied until long after the shell had been abandoned. That means it was applied because someone (retail) frontloaded the stock then sent out a bunch of emails or something. That lead to OTCM slapping it with the CE — this is what I think based up my DD and experience in this stock. If so the CE is no biggie and easy to remove (verses something caused by ownership)..

ALSO, I think a huge block of shares can be canceled. Neither Milagrosa nor Hipoteca Sevilla, Inc. did jack-crap to deserve millions of shares (over 50% of the O/S).

The short lived custodian, Mark Smith, issued them. Whatever they were planning to do fell through. I think the are not valid and can be canceled through the courts. That's my opinion.

And why I have decided to keep holding out for the day the Calvary arrives.

Re LMGR

Mark told me he did not even take shares. Just let it go because of legal problems with some Chinese Shells. Decided it wasn’t worth it.

The sheer fact that this has already been picked up by a custodian before means it should be easy—peasy to grab again.

It’s just stilling there waiting to be made new.

Yeah , I can never leave... I remember your posts from long ago... you were always getting the good info or at least trying to get the behind the scenes stuff . I was always more hopeful with BISA and never gave up on LMGR [ even though I didn't know Mark basically gave up the shell . Gotta think that with both shells cleaned up again and off the greys there might be some hope again . I have 150k of LMGR and 100k of BISA . Maybe some wanna be Covid-19 play in the works ?

I got BISA too.

I remain in this Ghost Town because...

1) The shares are tight. O/S 60MM and 48MM Floating (that's my estimate).
2) I spoke to the precious custodian (Mark Smith — 2007 — see last filing) and he said he never did anything with the shell. He let it go.
3) It's incorporated in NV.
4) It's never been suspended by the SEC.
5) It's completely abandoned. Begging to picked up by a new Custodian.

I know who I prefer.

Volume now 85k , Interesting that two of my long term Zombie stocks BISA & LMGR are simmering again .

So, Are we alive again? Volume 41,000 . Hmmmmmmm

The iBox is clean but I am letting go of the mod spot for now.

Might grab it back again if-and-when new info comes out.

This stock was never suspended. It simply went grey because of a lack of buyers and sellers. The MM's simply "signed off".

For that reason, I believe this stock could suddenly become pink again with L2.

Seen this happen in a few other stocks lately.

Someone needs to do something with this shell before they delete it.

I wanted to bring two stocks to your attention I have held for over a decade — LMGR & TRAE.


TRAE
A/S 450MM
O/S 38MM
FLOAT 8MM

This is a one owner stock that was incorporated in TX. No reverse splits or toxic financing. This is why the SS is so tight.

TRAE was in the Oil and Gas industry. The CEO passed away a few years ago and now it's abandoned as far as we can tell.

TRAE is grey now but that is not because of a suspension. The MM's simply "signed off" years ago and fell off the OTCM. Since it was not halted L2 can be restored fairly easily (like recently happened in ACCR).

My only uncertainty would be 1) it's never filed with the SEC and 2) it's in Texas. Not sure if either of those traits change the desirability of the shell.

LMGR is incorporated in NV and I'm pretty sure it's abandoned.

I have owned this stock for a long time but really don't know the history that well except there was some "funny business" a long time ago.

Still might be a company to consider for two primary reasons. 1) it's "SEC Reporting" and 2) it's grey but not because of a halt, but MM's simply signed off because of a lack of interest. L2 could be easily re established again like ACCR.

Attached you will find Notice of a Special Meeting of Shareholders for LIGHT MANAGEMENT GROUP, Inc. (hereinafter the “Corporation”), which the Board of Directors has called for February 28, 2007, at 10:30 a.m., at 190 N. Canon Drive, Suite 420, Beverly Hills , CA 90210.

In connection with this upcoming meeting, I wanted to summarize recent developments in connection with the revitalization and reorganization of the Corporation.

As you are probably aware, the Corporation was suspended as a Corporation by the Nevada Secretary of State some time ago, and had remained “dormant”, in “default” and “abandoned” for a significant period of time, without assets, operations, activities, Directors, or Officers.

In 2006, one of the Corporation’s shareholders commenced a court proceeding in Nevada, to have me appointed as a Custodian for the suspended and abandoned Corporation. In 2006, I was appointed pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes 78.347(2) as Custodian of the Corporation and I became the sole director of the Board of Directors of the Corporation. The Board authorized these consultants, among other things, to undertake a search in “all” counties in all 50 states for any and all uniform commercial codes security interests, lawsuits, liens, judgments, and other matters of record associated with the Corporation, to retain an outside accountant to bring current the financial statements of the Corporation and verify its financial status, to initiate and proceed through to conclusion with pleadings, filings, and legal work required of the Custodianship, in order to reinstate and bring current the Corporation’s filings with the Nevada Secretary of State, to assemble and reconstitute corporate books and records, and to assist the Corporation with other business, corporate, financial and legal matters associated with the reorganization and revitalization of the Corporation.
