LIG Assets Inc (ID) (LIGA)

I have been here for about the same amount of years that you have. I am hoping that they are going through with the plan of making their own wallboard which they were unsuccessful at what feels like 5 years ago. I look at it this way, what the hell have we got to lose? Having access to the land that they plan to buy gives them the full supply chain from production to finish of different products from the quarry they will own. We will see what happens but it’s not getting fish for crab fishing anymore . I like this idea better just a matter of proving they can execute this business plan and win over trust from shareholders who were scorned for many years and stuck holding the bag. I will take a wait and see attitude to see if they can execute the business plan they have, after all , what other choice do I have with Liga?

All good and well, but like many others here might ask, what the hell does this have to do with any of their other business plans from recent years. It appears that they just keep trying to reinvent themselves and change directions. I'll believe it when I see the stock price reflect it. Oh and I've been a shareholder of record since August of 2013.

Like the Announcement but until we get a timeline for shovels in the ground hopefully in the next quarter. Liga has been slowly announcing things over the last few years but   today’s announcement looked significant.Here’s hoping that after today’s announcement there will be more things coming down the pipe as they happen, and we don’t have to wait till 2030. Fingers crossed

Calcium carbonate prices are high in the USA. $624 per metric ton this quarter.

So maybe they will do that wallboard thing. It had issues with mold but perhaps they have solved this problem and if so, this could be a winner bigly.

I like a Definitive Agreement much better than the Letter of Intent. - Definitive is down to talking turkey so hopefully Liga will sign that soon and have access to calcium carbonate for making the wallboard they have been touting for years. The LOI although at its infancy sounds like a   interesting business idea. Neither are ready for primetime but who knows . Maybe Liga could come out of the doldrums but not holding my breath due to past performances.

Who would have thunk it. LIGA up 42% and damn near everything else being attacked and down hard. Someone of those pedo's at JP Morgan must be pissed about being called out in the Epstein files.

Was wondering when Baker and his con crew would come out of hibernation. I see they just issued themselves some shares for back pay, working capital, payables, services done. They spend said much time moving other companies they OEM into the shellOnly to move them back out and then asy "the transaction tease never completed"
Happened more times time than I can remember, most recently with BGTV.  Almost expect them to put the RV Park in the company next, then pull it out in a couple of years.
I wouldn't believe a word coming out of their mouths.

That is the only thing that has been stated in the quarterly's that they actually has happened.

The company's 5/12 financial filing indicates that they have now eliminated BGTV's revenue from the financials so the company is rudderless and they are just trying to sell the shell.

There is hope for a better world as people everywhere are being more expressive and tossing off the chains of old.

I doubt it. LIGA would have issued multiple PR's if any sales were generated.   So far their filing indicate BGTV is the only entity producing revenue.

Well, IVDN has been booking all time record sales in the last few months as detailed in their latest news below. Not sure if any of this was from LIGA because IVDN does not break out each individual sale by customer but some could be by LIGA. If this is the case then LIGA management should say something about it.

They were supposed to be a sales rep team for IVDN but have seen no mention of any orders from either company.

BGTV is their only "legit" business and I'm not even sure how fully committed they are to LIG.

Sounds like they are having a hard time coming up with a new line of BS. I bet they are getting into the AI realm this go around since that’s the new hot area.

How do you know that Marvin Baker decided to call of the BGTV merger?

After years of teasing the BGTV merger into LIGA, Baker decided to call that off.   Like every other deal they tried to pass off within the shell. Whatever businesses they actually own, any money goes to the owners of those businesses, not to the public shell stockholders.  Management creates numbers in its reports in order to raise money thru public offerings or to sell their own shares. Retail is used by management to transfer their money into management s pockets.  And retail falls for it over and over again.

What is going on with this ,why is it trading on AIR ?

Did a fuel stop this past weekend in Shafter, CA. Doing so reminded me of the Foreverboard plant in the city. Drove a few minutes to find the building completely empty and permanently shut down.

Went online to verify and found comments by the CEO saying that investors had made commitments several years ago to invest $500k. Unfortunately the money never materialized as the investors kept stringing him along.

LIG assets has a 500k investment on its books for Foreverboard. I think we can out two and two together.

I think we see a bounce on some kind of hype that will happen in the next few months. When it moves then will be the time to dump. I think there is some money to be made here on a trade.
