I had communication with new CEO on another forum a few months ago and I never followed up. I will try to find her again.

limited info on the net, and only what was posted here several months ago.

Does anyone have any clue if they are still around in any way shape or form?

who knows, they don't care enough to even update SH, or even file Q's.

I wonder why they not sell this shell to another party, SS is great and clean

I will have to check my records to see how much GC/CS I own as I wrote it off a couple of years ago.

Would like to see something come of KCPC as I have held my shares as there is nothing else to do with them.

I own 5000 unit of CS if that was the first one they peddled.
Not sure its worth anything.

If you were here a few years ago you would know about Crypto Secure and Gold Secure as they were KCPC's Blockchain plays and it splintered off from KCPC and Darcy Johnson took the lead on it until he kind of disappeared and then along came Covid.

For anyone that owns any CS and/or GS Darcy is back on Telegram and he has all the records and is trying to make another go of it.

Darcy is back on he says he has all the records and he is movong forward with new project. New project has nothing to do with KCPC and he can be found on Telegram.

Be a big turn in events if both KCPC and Darcy's new project come to life in 2022.

Same, including the crypto. They need a market maker to sign off, hasn't happened yet.

I wrote this one off along with Gold Crypto and Darcy a L O N G time ago so I wasn't paying any attention but for some reason I checked it out today. Maybe the new direction will produce something and the share structure is favobable if they can make something happen.

That would explain why he stopped returning my emails..he seemed a decent guy from our correspondence..RIP Peter ....didnt another guy pass away last year who was running part of the company..very unfortunate....

At this point, I'm not counting on KCPC providing anything to support me in my retirement, but I'll keep on hoping to be pleasantly surprised. Company appears to have viable product and good intentions, but whether they have the influence and connections to parlay those into a successful business remains to be seen.

Hopefully they can right the ship and get this thing movin again. They need to start a SPAC. Seems to be all the rage.

Got a email from Peter last week stating that they will be back in compliance before the deadline..i have mentaly written this off, so if they do its a bonus at this stage..he seems fairly sure though..

YUP, I'm on the hook for 5000 units of their crypto, that they claim doesn't involve them despite handling the issuance of it. Not re-listed on scamland bc apparantly no MM is willing to sign off on the listing. They said april....MAY at the latest. Guess what....August is coming up.

They'll be happy to allow this scam to die on the vine,they already milked the crypto cow.If this wasn't a scam why have they not returned investor $$$ to those that invested in the crypto?The sec and doj should have locked up and sued these pos D&O's here,they STOLE millions with obvious intent commonly called FRAUD

It would be great to look one day and see it is up 4650% with 8,730,000 shares traded as opposed to 873.

How can this be purchased with no activity? Is it going to move up? What are the odds, really? As a new investor in these lotto plays, I wonder.

Everything is in process. Our focus is on getting the Key Capital business solidly grounded and in place as this is what will deliver the value.

Accounts are close to done and we will be looking at application shortly. Cannot give you a date as things are changing, but we will be compliant with
the latest changes at SEC, so no real concern here as it is simply a process.

Otcm is jammed up with CE filers the timetable is now 4 to 7 weeks and could get longer with summer vacations and the 9/28 deadline for no information stocks

Apparantely the re-listing to scamland aka OTC, didn't happen. IT's now JUNE.

Amazing, ZERO update on the listing process, even though its a listing to scamland. Grey market move takes the stock from .03 to trips. Not bad.

I received an email from peter stating back on exchange April latest May...so im taking his word on that..they were getting new accountants and are completing the 19 &20 accounts

What is their timeline?

Last update i got 2 weeks ago they were still on track to get back on the exchange within there timeline
