Yes, I’m the guy he rented from for years in Highland Lakes. It’s really a shame. Wayne is so smart in many ways, yet he lacks the ability to pull it all together. He left my house a mess and with owing a lot of money. I , too, have acquired much stock in JADA over the years. I bought it knowing it may or may not ever be worth anything. But, at the price purchased, I hoped it would be a small investment toward getting somewhat back to “even” with all of the angst my family has been through over the years in dealing with him. Hopefully, some entity will buy JADA and it can be something. I have no hope that it will be anything if that does not happen.

Maybe Wayne is forced to unload JADA and it can have some speculative value again??

Thankfully, other stocks are doing quite well. If JADA survives this, it'll be the cherry on top.

Unfortunately, I knew of the creep. I haven’t seen him in a long time, and I’m glad. He owes money to many people. He bought an Italian restaurant chain and ran it in the ground. He’s ran every company he’s ever had in the ground. He tried to purchase Wolfgang Candy but he failed. He has lived in two rented mansions in Highland Lakes off Hwy 280 until the last owner, Duwayne Hooper, finally kicked him out after many years. I don’t know where he moved to from there, and I hope someone finally puts a stop to the scams. He talks like a great Christian man, but he’s a con artist who hides behind religion to deceive people. I started swing trading a plethora of volatile china reverse merger stocks back around the mid to upper 00's, JADA was one I did ok on, and it was not apparent at the time that the company was a scam stock. Before stepping away from the market for a good ten years or better, I bought some .0001ish JADA and crossed my fingers. Must've been '19 or '20, I checked my neglected accounts and realized JADA was flying high ... .10+ to a high near .40 evidently on a Coinbase rumor pump. I traded it, diversified luckily and also traded to hold another 300% more shares. Still holding, too many. Here we are more years than I care to ponder, waiting for another JADA shell owner to die, sell or something ... anything. Last thing I'd want to invest in as a 15 year + 100% plant based ultra runner is a f'n meat plant. Glad he's bankrupt in that regard. Nice to see the shares do have a pulse. Friday and today somebody bought above half a penny... there is a faint pulse. The shell could still be turned into a viable business. Correct? Clearly it won't be Wayne based on the reports here. He's a douche.
