Good catch.. AS didn’t change, these were issued into OS and unrestricted. That actually makes it more concerning. Shares exist now but haven’t hit DTC yet, which usually means they’re sitting off-market and can be moved in later. That’s typically how dilution gets staged I believe. 

They increased 770 million to OS which is included in unrestricted. But it didn’t added to DTC. Strange that is it positive or negative?Is it there for merger or dump ?

Damn...that isn't right either...it wasn't moved from the DTC...don't know where I got that at...I don't know where those shares came from...at this point they still are not showing an increase in the AS....I do know that.

Yes I have some thoughts...you are wrong...770 million has not been added to the AS, or they are not showing that yet....what has happened is that 770 million has been added to both the unrestricted shares and the Outstanding which was pulled from "Held at DTC"....the March 3rd 2026 share count you see is a copy and paste from the OTC market site that I saved in my Ihub private message that I sent to myself that I kept for records for such things as this....and after saving it I was keeping eye on it but kind of forgot about it during the month of April until you said something...I think May 1st was the first change since I saved the March 3rd announcement from the OTC Market.
