But I do like the SS, the company name, and the belief that she is abandoned.

I do think the company name lends itself well to eventually getting noticed.

When you are buying shells you are grasping at straws. You find one that passes the "sniff test" (good SS, no SEC issues, abandoned, etc) and then you try to figure out other reasons they might get some attention.

That's when I consider the name.

I don't like the CE Warning, but I do like the fact I don't see any prior issues with the SEC. Not in the NEWS nor the bottom of the Security Details page. That's where you typically find it.

This is the age of the custodian. HYWI is one of the ones I decided to accumulate just in case someone takes it OR the company takes advantage of the newly Pink status (assuming they can and want to).

Well, I can say I have put a lot of time and effort towards this stock. Made many calls, emails, messages, etc to the company and former officers.

I know they know it's Pink again. So that's good — I guess.

What I am not sure of is if they have control anymore. Maybe they do; maybe they don't. Just not sure.

If they don't, a merger could still happen if-and-when the shell is taken over one way or another (custodian or hostile takeover).

The company was incorporated in CA. I have no idea the laws regarding either of those options. I think Lazar grabbed one out of CA, but not 100% sure of that. The company I am thinking about may have been moved to NV. Just not sure.

It is interesting to see that the entire SS is updated now at OTCM. If memory serves, the SS was quite limited when this stock initially went G2P.

And since it was limited I contacted the transfer agent (see rule 9: Always keep track of the shares!) to get the restricted.
