So true, and one thing I know about hpil and whether you like him or not (Nitin) he (probably inadvertantly) solidified a permanant HPIL presence on the OTC market by filing that form 15. That's the only reason folks can continue poking their heads in here because without that switch to alternative filer the HPIL ticker probly would have disappeared long ago. Form 15 = no "delist" option and my understanding is that the pink sheet OTCID tier is not too complicated at all to be in compliance with. HPIL doesn't even need an AL anymore with unaudited fins to remain compliant in that tier. It appears that OTCM lowered their compliance bar so once SEC legal gets confirmation about the 6th circuit ruling, boy howdy!

A couple of things happened right around the same time frame. 1) The HPIL toxic lenders had recently been served by HPIL in federal court with news about it subsequently published by HPIL in 4/2022, AND, the SECs 5 yr pennystock ban on one of HPILs toxic lenders, GPL, had triggered in 2022 as well after they had already been bent over and absolutely sodomized by the SEC to the tune of over $30MM. Their arses were literally still sore. Talk about an OUCHY. And the result of it all? A diseased narcissist on a daily mission to project a personal defect onto the rest of the world by referring to it as "retarded". Yes, HPIL Investors, employees, law enforcement, regulators, courts, etc... have all been referred to as "retarded" by the dedicated HPIL scamsite. That is an unstable individual right there with some deep rooted issues. Remember - these toxic lenders had been destroying OTC retail investors for decades operating as unregistered dealers and killing company market values, HPIL included, with predatory toxic notes that converted billions upon billions of share dilution onto their victims. None of that proves fraud or that there’s a judgment against him. The PACER link just shows a case was filed. You still need to read the actual complaint to see what’s alleged, and a filed complaint is NOT PROOF of wrongdoing. The BC court link is just a public search portal, not evidence of a judgment either. So claiming ongoing “well documented” fraud with a $10M judgment isn’t supported by what you’ve posted.

There’s no proof backing this up. No court judgments, criminal convictions, or verified filings show Stephen Brown stole $10M or that Apogee funders are suing him for fraud. Without docket numbers or actual court records, this is just an unsubstantiated claim, not fact.

The individual lawsuits against Brown and HPIL for past financial dealings are more of a risk for the company's balance sheet, but they do not prevent the company from operating or regaining its status as a compliant entity.
