What you say about grey sheets may or may not be accurate but according to regulations grey sheet company's can be upgraded with new filings ? AS for the filings,MR. It is the duty of the sec to validate and insure the public is getting correct information.The key word is "questions".It did not say there was a violation or that the questions did not have sufficient background or viable answers.While posters like to cite
